I stayed in this hotel for one night. I must say that the location is very good, close to the tub and surrounded by restaurants and bars.||I was not very impressed with the room. …

The staff is very friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean and modern and the hotel is near public transport. However, they do not serve breakfast. Rather they are linked to a Costa café. If you appreciate a full breakfast you will need to find that somewhere else. Also, the room I had was a very narrow wedge they managed to squeeze out of the building, not necessarily a great room. I am sure the other rooms are much better. All in all - for London standards - a fair deal, not bad at all.

Wow, we enjoyed & recommend! The rooms are not large but clean & comfortable. Service is good. There is a great little coffee shop on the 1st floor. We felt very welcome & would stay again. This is in the Paddington area of London & seems to be an ideal location! Rates are very reasonable.

We stayed at this hotel in June. Apparently the hotel was undergoing renovations: corridors were being painted, mattresses on the stairs, partly disassembled closets on the floor where you had to squeeze yourself against to get to your room, ... This seemed like a major safety problem, as well as that the lift was also used by the Costa on the ground floor. This meant that customers of the cafe could roam the hallways of the hotel freely. The room was very small and had an ‘interior courtyard view’ which meant that the only window it had was to a ventilation shaft of approximately 1-1,5m wide. There were also lights installed in it that were not turned off during the night. The curtains were too thin to block this light. The bathroom was equally tiny. The room was clean and had a refrigerator, which is a plus.

Booked this hotel 10 months ago for a stay in London for me and my mother. Planned well in advance as I wanted a particular location and a good deal. Received an email today saying simply that they could no longer accommodate me.  …

Great service and location. Small hotel with big rooms by European standards. Very close to two underground stations that allows you to use 4 different lines. There is a supermarket 2 blocks from the hotel. This is our 4th stay at this hotel.

Interior is a bit dated, single rooms a bit small and ambulances could be heard the early hours of the morning as windows could be better sound proofed. But for the price and the location it was good. Will use if in the same area for work again

Very close to subway station and bus stop, far enough from main road that noise was not an issue for us. However, bathrooms are very small and floor space in some rooms can be limited. Cafe in lobby is very convenient.
