Probably the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The service by the receptionist is horrible. Other reviews say that you get what you paid for, they are wrong. The money is not cheap to consider that their facilities are not in great functioning. I complained to the receptionist that the shower has no hot water, the sink was blocked, shower door not closing, TV remote needs new battery. But he only got aggressive and showed no interest in fixing my complaint. Second time I went to complain as for my second day here, I still didn't manage to have shower, he went hiding to the back and refused to talk to me. How horrible do you think is that?So I will not recommend this hotel at all to anyone for the reasons I have mentioned above. Avoid at all cost!

Cozy, comfy and charming place!I have loved to live here for the last 5 days. It's close to transport, shopping (Oxford Street) and sightseeing. I've personally had lots of good use of Hyde Park which is just in the backyard. It isn't the most decorated hotel but it's perfect for relaxing and the breakfast buffet doesn't have the largest selection but is fine.

The Adare Hotel Paddington was a simple but good hotel. Continental Breakfast like Bed and Breakfast. The rooms are clean and small, but enough space. Easy but practically. The Staff in the hotel was VERY friendly (that´s the reason why I like to stay here again!). They helped me an my niece to solve a very bad problem!! I like to thank the manager and his Staff for the help and the really friendly and understandingly behavior. Take care.

Perfect location minutes from station, shops and Hyde park.Room itself was fine but half of plugs didn’t work.Hotel staff asked inappropriate questions regarding my friend and I’s relationship-made me feel very uncomfortable. Perhaps was meant to be friendly but I did not appreciate the looks and comments. They did fix our TV for us though which was appreciated.

I'm not a picky guy, but this hotel was terrible. The guy in the reception (24HS the same dude) is really rude. I know, he works 24/7 but it's not my fault. The rooms are small and smelly. Beds are really bad. Breakfast is from 7.30 to 9 and it's only toasts, burn coffee and something similar to croissants. Never again

Literally the worst hotel experience I can recall. Room 2 is an absolute no go zone, please avoid at all costs. I noted just a few of the issues with the room to tell the receptionist and still have it to hand - here's what it said.Clearly hasn't been redecorated since early 2000'sRoom is beside an open area in which any guest can wander. If your room is being cleaned, the housekeeper leaves the large window open, allowing anyone to enter your room. Unsafe yet the only way to let air into the room.No electricity on 6/8 of the plugs.Room was absolutely roasting with no AC and no way to expell heat. Unbearable.Bathroom floor is so hot it burns your feet. Pipes underneath the floor? The lock for the door is concerning. A tooth pick could open it.Beds smell stale as if the covers haven't been washed.Right beside the kitchen so smells of cooking oilThe safe is nonfunctional and has been cut into.I could go on.Their resolution was to provide another fan, and put a towel on the floor. Not acceptable but there was nothing else we could do. A park bench would have been more habitable should we have had somewhere to keep the luggage.Nowhere to keep any bags prior to check in. They said the only place is beside the staircase which anyone can walk in and take bags. If you do choose to stay here, keep this in mind. The breakfast is LAUGHABLE. It's literally a basket of apples, a croissant if you're early enough and juice. You have to ask a very irritable woman for a tea or coffee and toast. No cooked food, you have to ASK for TOAST. If you don't ask, you don't get. And got forbid if you ask for more, the woman will unleash hell. She shouted at our whole table, mortifying the whole room of guests - then peeking back into the room to give dirty looks. She needs to be let go.Didn't sleep a wink for two nights until moved on the third night, in which you have to walk up 5 sets of stairs with no elevator. The new room was an improvement, but had about 10 flies as we walked in.It doesn't matter how cheap this hotel is. Do not stay here. If you do, you'll wish you have listened to this review. It's not worth the inhabitable environment and horrible, horrible service.

Near to Victoria Station and easy to get Halal food. But if you come with group of 4..you will get family room in basement. For those having a large luggage. Please...please ..do not bring it down when using the staircase. Scary ..when you go down n up from the room with those large luggage. Room cosy & comfort for budget stay. Friendly staff at reception. Helpful and provide good service. Only have video no picture to share.

Cheap hotel in Paddington. Close to train station, hyde park and Kensington. Basic, no frills room. Bedding clean and clean towels daily. Very nice staff. Made us feel welcome and friendly. Not a hotel of luxury but safe, clean place to lay your head at the end of a busy day sightseeing. Daily free continental breakfast. Nice clean dining area and food presented well. Would stay here again.

*****HIGHLY RECOMMENDED*****Spent my very first week in London at this Hotel. Had a twin-room ensuite all for myself. Very clean environment with fast WIFI and proper breakfast included in the rent.20 meters away from Paddington's train station and Hyde-Kensington parks. J and the other Persian guy (I remember your name too but afraid to spell it wrongly :))working at reception, were very knowledgeable and helped me finding my feet on any way. They also made me feel welcomed, each and every day I was there. I can't thank you enough for all that you've done for me guys, really!

This is the worst place I have ever stayed in and I have stayed in better accommodations in third word countries. The interior of the rooms are vile, out dated and filthy. The staff are rude and incabpable of performing there daily task duties. Monkeys could run this place more effectively. The only positive comment I can say is that it is located in a lovely area and close to the underground station.
