This place is absolutely dreadful. No staff present at the location. All is set online.It's dirty and neglected. I didn't mind the size of the room because for this price I couldn't expect a presidential suite, but I do mind the cleanliness.Upon my arrival I tried to open the curtain and the whole thing fell on my head. With the rod. It was not properly fixed. The floor was not cleaned with hairs in the corners.Dirty shared bathroom with mold growing on the ceiling.Paint peeling off the walls. Shower cabin wasn't cleaned for a long time. Clogged shower.The pictures you can see on the property page are sugar-coated.

very unhygienic place, mold on ceilings, the floor was dirty supposedly never cleaned, dirty and destroyed walls.the bathroom: very small room, mold on the ceiling, the shower door did not close, disgustingly dirty floor.the kitchen: big hole in the ceiling, the cupboards falling apart, one chair and two sets of plates for the entirety of people in the ,hotel'the wifi does not work on upper floors, unassembled bed which literally fell apart when sat too hard on it. wasnt able to open windows - incredible stench of humidity in the room at all times. the walls and doors are not silent proofed, you can hear conversations of people downstairs and even down the street outside. there is nobody on site, no employees no noone, just the cleaners coming once a day, everything is automatic.for the good aspects: very good location nearby Victoria Station and other bus stations, shops very close. the tv did not really work but netflix did, thankfullyoverall i really do not recommend the place

Me and my friends were very unsatisfied with the place. It smelt badly of smoke, the bathroom was unhygienic, and there were many things falling apart. Looked nothing like the pictures. I didn’t feel clean once. Would not recommend staying here.

Don’t do it to yourself! |Dirty, mouldy, and falsely advertised.|Doors are not fire safety tested, shared bathroom which wasn’t stated on Agoda when booked.|When trying to reach out to the owner, all I received was “why did I stay”?||With a 6 year old and arriving at 9pm due to 4+ cancelled train, where was I meant to stay?

Not a Good place no staff were there. Stairs to climb to bedroom. Sorry towels In my room.dirty under wear under the bed. Very noisy in street out side. Bathroom was shared butbi was clean. Clean bedding. Tv in room. Kitchen had every thing in it for cooking. I made tea an d coffee did not make food.Not suitable for disable for disabled person as lots of stairs to climb. I would not stay there again.

There are no staff on site, which in theory is a good cost-cutting measure. Unfortunately the night I stayed there were also a bunch of idiots who got very drunk and were shouting and running around in the communal areas, plus blasting their tv at full volume, until 4.30am. The owners are completely unresponsive so have no interest in trying to resolve such situations, and didn't even acknowledge my complaint afterwards, the bed was also the worst I've ever slept on.

DO NOT BOOK! I have requested a refund from the property before my booking date and they have not responded. I followed up this request afterwards and they said that they cant refund anymore because it is now past my original booking dates. How ridiculous??? Please do not book this property as it is A LOT of trouble trying to amend travel dates or bookings.

Nice place , love the privacy but to small and hate the fact that you have to share toilet and toilet isn’t in the room , you have to go outside your room
