Nothing was too much trouble for the staff, you only have to ask. The area is leafy and quiet - there is no traffic noise in the rooms at the back. Fully carpeted everywhere, rarely heard anyone moving around. Very good value for money, one of the cheapest in the area - the excellent buffet breakfast costs £7.50 (less than the price of a cup of coffee in the city!)Our room was cleaned every morning and restocked with fresh towels, toiletries and tea/coffee.We will definitely be coming back and recommending the hotel to friends and family.

Stayed in a triple room. The beds were comfortable and the sheets and towels were changed daily. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. The condition of the room was not bad at all, better than suggested by some other reviews. For the price and in that location it was pretty good. I would stay again.

For the money and location it’s actually not bad, I stayed in a single room, on the fourth floor (it’s worth pointing out there is no lift so the climb is not for the faint hearted). …

Had a triple room (travelling with young son). Room was a good size. TV, kettle, tea, coffee and milk. Bathroom was also a good size. Good location- close to Victoria station. As others have said, the walls are thin and you can hear other doors opening and closing. However, for the price paid, a great hotel for one night.

We did not have a pleasant experience. I want to start off by saying most of the experience wasn’t due to the staff, they were very accommodating and nice. They let us keep our daughter’s milk in their fridge and accommodated my pregnant wife and her needs. The rooms are tiny. It felt like staying in a crammed box. There is zero access for accessibility. The staircase is narrow, the stairs are irregularly spaced, and it felt like any one of the steps could give anytime. The walls are incredibly thin. You can hear almost everything the room adjacent to you. Rooms were serviced at all hours of the morning. Workers were constantly slamming doors at 7am.Lastly, the icing on the cake, a neck pillow was stolen from our luggage while in the care of the hotel. They let anyone go in and out of the luggage hold and have no system to check luggage’s.

Disastrous hotel, service absolutely nil, or what would one call otherwise having reserved AND already paid, and wanting to check in late at night and being shown the door for not having followed the "regulations" while doing the booking. I must assume that the room had already been occupied by someone else and that this was the hotel's "solution" for this minor problem. My advice, plain and simple: stay away there.

People were nice but wouldn’t stay here again. Upon arrival, our key fob wouldn’t work and it took them over 30 minutes to fix. Said it was a battery issue but saw other people having the same thing happen. Hair dryer didn’t work in the room, shower drain wouldn’t work properly, couldn’t adjust a/c room controls, and power sources would drain your battery instead of charging.Room was pretty banged up and repairs weren’t great. My husband and I woke up with pretty itchy bites on us.The location was nice to attractions.

Good location near Victoria Station and 15 - 20 minute walk to Buckingham Palace and other sites.Room are very small, clean and appear to be recently upgraded. The shower was the best feature. I could literally touch both walls with my hands extended. It was clean, a comfortable bed and hot shower; so 3 stars for covering the basics.Service, well see my ratings 🙄

Really great Location in Westminster, perfect starting Point to explore London.Very friendly and nice people in service. Room really small, Ned eben smaller, rather for Kids than an adult 🫣. Breakfast also quite OK. Like in NYC, price for value in London is a challange
