Recently stayed at the apartment for a long weekend, and I can't fault a thing! From booking the room, I received regular communication and a self-service portal that was really easy and intuitive to use through to accessing the modern, clean, and well equipped room that was straightforward! The room was spacious, in a great location, and would recommend to anyone looking for a stay in central London!

Good for a short stay (2/3 night max) or business - basically if you don’t intend to be in the room other than to sleep. Having said that, the room was almost unbearably HOT. No aircon (£50 for a mobile unit), so you need to open windows, which then lets in the sounds of London, so sleep can be mixed.The room was very new, so spotlessly clean, modern fittings (tv, shower, kitchenette, table and chairs, double bed). Location is fairly central if you’re a tourist. Check-in was all online. Got my room at a discount, but probably wouldn’t pay the full advertised price.

Completely overpriced for the room you get. Most rooms are in the basement, very hot with minimal ventilation. When you try to actually reach anyone to discuss your issues they don't respond properly. Do not recommend.

Stylish new apartments, in top condition and comfortable staySpotlessly clean apartment with nice kitchen, room was in brand new condition and very well cleaned. Bed was comfy and room was quiet, contactless check in was well done.No lift so flour flights of stairsShower was very under powered (same as bathroom looked very inviting)Room was hot, no air con and the fan didn't workCould have done with a seat in the room not just a stool for the small desk area.

A trap to avoid. The room in a basement, unbearable heat and internet doesn't work. On top of all, lot of noises in the night that won't let you sleep. If you need anything, there's a chat giving nonsense responses and an emergency line where nobody answers. Location is good

Very clean apartment. Very easy to get in using a code that was sent well in time before my visit. It’s nothing fancy but it’s everything that you need for either a short stay or a longer one that you want to cook for yourself.
