We had mold in the room, so we had to book another hotel because the smell was unbearable. The room was neither clean nor well maintained. On the statement that mold is in the room, the only response was that we should write a review on Booking.com. Update because the hotel called me a liar. Some evidence pictures.

Bedbugs everywhere. The hotel is relatively cheap, the staff was polite and efficient.Wifi worked well, I had hot water for most of my shower. However, they seem to think bed bugs are just a small inconvenience. would definitely avoid at all costs. When confronted about the bed bugs, they just said they were sorry and that they would have to do something about it. I would have expected a full refund for the nightmerish 8 hours I spent there.

Without question, the worst excuse of a hotel I have ever had the misfortune to experience. When I asked if the room had an en suite bathroom/shower, I was told 'Yes'. It didn't. A complete lie. The nearest shower and more importantly, a toilet, was three flights downstairs and shared with god knows how many other guests. Just gross. The shower didn't work, nor did the hot water in the room. There was no sensible hanging arrangement for your clothes! The window was seriously cracked, taped with sellotape! The bed was from a school dormitory! The lighting was too dim! Nowhere to hang your damp towel! All information and including conversations are misleading. It's a complete con. This appalling excuse of a hotel is an utter disgrace and should be avoided at all costs. It's an insult to the hotel industry.

We have just left this hotelCould do with a fresh coat of paintBut everything was there kettle microwave fridge hairdryer we did buy our own milk ect but that was no problem as we both like our cups of teas/coffeesYou get 2 paper cups but reception will provide extra and sugar ect if needed.Bed was really comfy with clean bedding and clean white towelsStaff were very friendly and happy to help with any problem ( our tv wasn’t tuned in but a member of staff came and sorted it straight away)Location was amazing with lovely little cafes and pubs and a few minutes from Victoria station. We was practically out all day and night and loved every minute.Would definitely stay again 👍🏻

Only used this location through bounce to store luggage during day. Very convenient location near coach and train station and easy to check items in once booked. Only criticism is that they are left on a rack in open reception area so if staff member is called away, anyone could, in theory, lift anything and be off with it. Maybe have a separate locked room where people's personal and valuable items are going to be left if they are paying for this service

I can second the other review saying the shower was broken, and this is a month later. No water comes out, and the fitting holding the head on is also broken.Further, the wifi didn't work."Nice to have a break from your phone though innit?" Said the receptionist when I left.

I didn't stay in this hotel but used this hotel as a stasher point to store my luggage. There was no stairs leading to the luggage room, great if you have heavy luggage like me.Staff was friendly, quick drop-off and pickup. Only a 3 minute walk from Victoria coach station, even closer if you use gates for international departures (gate 19-20).
