If you're looking for a bed within walking distance of victory train and bus stations then this is the spot for you. It was clean and comfortable and while the morning breakfast required a wait due to popularity it was less than five minutes. The rooms, while small, had a towel and bar of soap provided and the toilet rooms are always close. Each room has a kettle and small fridge as well a sink for personal hygiene. I couldn't recommend this hotel enough, definitely will stay here again. If you want more space in a room you'll have to pay more but for this price I was very impressed.

Further to the last review - the 'CONTINENTAL' breakfast is toast with butter, not even any jam. If youre lucky you can ask for a bowl of stale cornflakes accompanied by a tea but you will be met with ‘what do you want’ rather than this is whats available. Remember to be at breakfast at 8.30 as any time after that is too close to the closing time of 9am. Luckily the dining room also doubles as the luggage room, so you can sit with other peoples bags between your legs, alongside enjoying the smell of stale smoke around the hotel and in your room.

Horrendous experience. Smells like old cigarettes + humidity, hair on the sheets, weird curtains blocking windows, carpets full of stains, wood furniture sticky... I couldn't stay here for the night and had to find something else. Also, I paid for breakfast in the morning, which the person at the front desk responded "nah we bought the hotel a week ago so no breakfast no refund".The room was also located under the stairs (so, in the basement), we could hear TV and people talking/walking through at all time.

The experience on the whole was in my opinion alright, but could easily be improved. When we arrived we greeted the member of staff at the front desk and were met with silence, granted this could be in part due to my relatively thick, out of town, accent. However, personally not what I expect from a hotel. The room was clean and had its own toilet and shower facilities contrary to the information online. My only unexpected issue with the room on the whole was the bed shook a lot whilst moving around trying to sleep and it sagged slightly in the middle. But not wishing to sound completely negative, when we got into the room there were clean towels and a soap for each of us, which is to be somewhat expected from a hotel, but still I have stayed in places where this is apparently not the norm. The train outside was loud but didn't disturb sleep and in fact I woke feeling the most rested I had felt in a week or so. Honestly you get what you pay for, and if you are only staying a night and need somewhere cheap which is also close to a transport hub this was the only place we could find that suited that bill, and honestly for the money you get far more than I'd expect in that part of London. If I was looking to stay for one night I would likely stay there again, but any longer than one or two nights I would choose somewhere less close to the railway.

The rooms are small and its no palace, but it's fine for short stays. The location is really handy too as it's only a 5 minute walk to Victoria station. The only issues we had is that when we stayed in the summer, it was so hot! I felt sick, the windows were open the fan was on but it was like an oven in that room. Went out into the hallway and it was nowhere near as warm as that room! I didn't get a wink of sleep all night. the mini fridge and freezer was barely cold too. Also the check out time was 10am, and at half past 9 we had a guy knocking on the door demanding we leave now!The train home wasn't until 2pm we we wanted to stay in as long as we could.Would probably stay here again though for the price.

Cheaper than other hotels in the area, but for a reason. You will be hearing the trains running all night long. The mattresses are thin cheap and saggy.Tiny dirty and smelly rooms. Old carpet and curtains. Cleanliness was poor. Stayed only for 1 night, but never coming back again. Not recommended at all.

I went with my friend to that hostel just to left our luggage for a night. The place stincks and it’s really really dirty. They makes us leave the luggage between trash bins in the floor, with no one even there or any kind of locker. …

Amazing Value for London!! Decent clean bedroom with fridge and tea making facilities, booked on booking. Com, we stayed in sister Hotel couple doors down called Alexander. Nice powerful shower, toilet facilities adequate. Breakfast was as much toast as you like with butter and jam and as much cereal, tea, coffee as you like!!! And at a price of £49 is amazing value for me and my young daughter! Will definitely book here again, very close walk to Victoria Station and the London 👁‍🗨 /Westminster.

Never in my life have I seen such a disgusting, vile bug infested place. The pictures are false.. the people are rude. The rooms was covered in bugs. The mattress was stained beyond belief. …

The stuff was so unfriendly: i asked to carry one of my bags (i had 3 suitcases) to the Victoria coach station which is literally 1 minute away walking. Even through there were 3 guys doing nothing they said to pay extra for it! Also, the room was super tiny as I couldn't even put my luggage inside!!! The sink in the room was smelly as if somebody used it as a toilet. Don't even think about staying there! I think it's the worst hotel in my life!
