This is a very basic (low cost) hotel. BUT---the room was cleaned daily, the towels were always fresh and plentiful, the continental breakfast was perfect to start our day and the staff was very accommodating and friendly. We really appreciated the front desk being manned 24/7. The central location made it very easy to get to all of the tourist attractions. We'll use the hotel again the next time that we're in London.

Only booked this as a colleague had already. Room cost just short of £100 so for London and location was good....but....exactly as previous reviews state. …

You get what you pay for. I enjoyed my stay here but the room was tiny, the bathroom is shared and tiny. Luckily I didn't have to wait for the restroom or shower. The amenities list says airport shuttle which is why I stayed here but they don't have a shuttle. They'll call a taxi for you to pay 50 or 60 pounds to get to the airport, all out of your pocket. Breakfast was just enough to get by but was kinda sad. It's a charming little place. Just know you're getting what you pay for.

When we arrived there seemed to be only one staff member present, though I’m sure there are more. The receptionist was the only staff member I saw. She is polite, though tends to block the door while on her smoke break as we found out later. The breakfast is free but not the best, it’ll do you for the morning but if you want something more substantial you should head elsewhere. The room was, while small, in excellent condition and VERY clean which made sleeping and showering very pleasant (I can’t stress enough that the place was honestly spotless when my girlfriend and I entered). The bed was also comfy, and we had a decent nights sleep.Internet is free and provided to you upon check in.Honestly for a budget hotel you could do much, MUCH worse. So whether you’re just staying for one night or a week, this is a nice, well located hotel near Victoria station and the theatres, would definitely stay again if the need arises.

Our room and the showers were clean, the location absolutely perfect and the little contact we had with the staff was nice and uncomplicated. Yes, the walls are thin and you hear traffic through the window and yes, it's not the Ritz, but considering the price it was absolutely fine for a couple of nights.Breakfast consists of a small variety of toast, small muffins and muesli, which was also fine. In your room you have a small water heater, mugs and tea bags, a blow dryer, a portable heater, small tv and a sink. The bed is fairly small for two people, I'd say around 1,30 m in width, so keep that in mind, if you need a lot of space. In short walking distance you'll find several grocery stores, restaurants, pubs and places to get good coffee, like Pret A Manger.Keep the low price in mind, keep your expectations realistic and you'll enjoy your stay in the middle of London ;)!

Stayed here recently and NEVER AGAIN. After a fumbling check in I was directed to my room, once I’d managed to negotiate the maze of narrow stairs, corridors and doors I finally found my room at the very top of the building. (Room 11). …

Not at all impressed - bad night's sleep as bed was awful and very uncomfortable, had to go down a narrow set of stairs to have a shower 🚿 (and shower was not good or particularly clean) or use the toilet. Had to haul my luggage up 2 flights of narrow, twisting stairs to get to my small, cramped and dingy room (lock on the room did not work very well and was difficult to lock) . None of this was explained when the room was booked. Breakfast not good and no one around to tell me whether it was buffet, or not, style breakfast. Only saw 1 member of staff when I checked in and (eventually) found another member of staff in the morning - quite rude and not at all friendly. I would NOT recommend and/or stay here again!!!

Photos above are very ... optimistic and generous. Some rooms have common toilet few steps down the stairway, and bathroom at few step the opposite direction up the stairway. Other rooms are cupboards. …

My wife and I like to stay at these little places (including this one) the room was comfy. Large for European room. Just remember in Europe floor 3 is American floor 4, they do not count the main floor as number one.Breakfast was poor here, but across the street was is a McDonald's in Victoria station.I would stay here again and again. Oh if you are use to the Hyatt, Hilton, Marriott, and so on you continue to stay at those places, because this is not that. I feel it is better, but some may disagree.
