The rooms were small and just right for me as I was on my own, the WiFi worked, and the bed was clean and there was a TV in the room. I've never forgotten I watched the coronation of Charles III. The shared bathroom was a little inconvenient but acceptable. Staff were friendly and lent me a charger. There is a supermarket and train station nearby and it was easy to spend time there.Considering the location and the price, I am satisfied. Lovely hotel in lovely city.

The only positive aspect of this hotel was the location. I stayed here briefly before my appointment the following morning, and the room was extremely small. In addition, it was misty and stuffy. However, I would rate the staff as above average, and the location is very close to Victoria train station. As for the price, I would say it's a bit on the high side. However, I can't really complain as we are talking about a hotel in SW London here.

A badly converted house with tiny rooms, very small double bed (not suitable for + 60kg), bathroom stench in the room even if bathroom door is closed, bathroom has no pegs to hang towels or clothes, no air conditioning just a table fan hung on the wall, horrible basement rooms with bad sound insulation where you can hear everything going on above you. Good location and that is it, avoid by any means

Friendly and helpful staff available around the clock at this basic hotel that has everything you need for a couple of nights away in London. Our room was clean but would benefit from a lick of paint in the next few months. Everything worked and there was a super effective fan placed in our room to help during the hot weather. This isn't the most luxurious hotel available, but it's in a great location to support theatre trips and tourist activities and offers a good night's sleep. Will use again for another theatre trip.

Avoid at all costs. the rooms are stupidly small, so small that there is literally the smallest gap around the bed to walk round at that’s the room full. …

Firstly the good. The location is very well placed for Victoria and the wider West End. The price is reasonable for the area (not cheap, but not expensive). …

The members of staff we spoke with were all pleasant and the location was amazing for our short trip. The room and building overall were reasonable for what we paid, to be at this location in London so no surprises there. A very small room, in the summer probably very hot and we had our own bathroom that was very small too but clean and not too old-looking. The bed was comfortable and sheets clean but the carpet was a bit icky and stained, and so were the curtains next to the bed. I would probably still book a stay again if I ever was in need of a cheap room at this location.

Stayed with my daughter, for 2 nights. Rooms small, but clean, bedding was pristine, beds extremely comfortable. Toilet very small, but very clean. No complaints, ideally situated, close to amenities, Sainsbury round the corner, with a Starbucks. USB charger stations in room.

I have mental health conditions and need my service dog stay with me she is the same as having an hear aid or a white stick she is not a pet shes a medical. But before booking I rang the hotel couldnt speak to a manager and was told not to book my room as medical device service dogs are not welcome.Basically you discriminated against the disabledI needed to be close to a family member due to them being sick and this place was perfect I cant find where else in my price range and this point I'm going to be stay on the streets. This person i spoke to on the phone was useless.I needed to speak to someone with a higher authority like a manager and I was refused and told there was no one else for me to speak to apart for the boy that I was talking to.Me and my partner and service device are very disappointed

This must be the worst accommodation in London. Avoid if possible. Rooms are not rooms. No hygiene.I have found food leftovers. The receptionist was asleep when I had to checkout and had to bang for minutes to wake him up. I could go on, it is clear that sleeping in London is becoming an issue.
