I recently stayed at St Johns Boutique Hotel and couldn't be more pleased with my experience. From the moment I arrived, everything was seamless. The check-in process was especially convenient – I received a code for self-check-in, which made the whole process incredibly simple and efficient. It’s perfect for those arriving late or wanting a hassle-free start to their stay. The room itself was spacious, modern and clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep after long days of sightseeingOne of the unexpected highlights was the fantastic food at the pub next door. They served some of the best Indian cuisine I've had in a long time! The authentic flavors and cozy atmosphere of the pub made it the perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring. The hotel's location is unbeatable – right in the heart of London. Despite being so central, the hotel offered a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of the city. The hotel’s restaurant also exceeded my expectations. In summary, St Johns Boutique Hotel exceeded all my expectations. Whether you're visiting London for business or leisure, this hotel offers the perfect combination of comfort for a reasonable price. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable stay in London.

Attended a Dinner at Lords so an ideal location and also accessible by rail. Very quiet location. Room very clean all be it quite compact. The bathroom was probably bigger. Staff at the New Inn very helpful in terms of storing our overnight bag due to an early arrivalOnly criticism is we could not find any toilet paper in the bathroom. Not ideal as we didn't return to our room until 11pm and left the next morning at 9amFortunately my wife had tissues

Sadly, my experience was not great. I read some previous reviews, and people mentioned that some rooms had no showers, only baths with a shower attachment. I upgraded my room at a cost, and the photos on booking.com and the information clearly state there is a walk-in shower in the room. Up on arrival, low and behold, there was no shower. I messaged them at the time and explained that I could not get in and out of a bath, but I never heard back. I have messaged them a few times, and they just don't care. I have sent numerous messages to which no reply. It totally ruined my stay I certainly won't be returning there!!!

I have reviewed before on Trip Advisor and said there should be something between average and very good. That’s how I would rate this hotel. There are many pluses: the location, it’s quiet, the room and bed very comfortable and spotless. …

The hotel has many rooms, it was pretty tidy and clean. It also had 2 fans on the room, we were on summer. The area was clean as well there were many shops and cafes nearby. The staff told us the things we need to check in

Really hard to contact prior to my stay to arrange earlier check in which made my work fay and transfer extremely difficult time wise. But it was in a cool and quiet location. And loved the tub.

Room was fine and clean but the water stain on wall was interesting feature as was the make up ironed onto the otherwise clean sheets. On hottest day in June the allure of the Air conditioning was cruelly denied as the units have been decommissioned but not removed.

This is not a hotel. To call it a hotel is serious misrepresentation. On paying your booking, you receive a keypad passcode to open a door in a scruffy building attached to what appears to be a disused pub, you have a second keypad passcode to access the room key. There is no air conditioning and you have to trust that the building has met all fire safety requirements. That having been said, the room is reasonably furnished and clean and the ensuite is reasonably well equipped and clean. If you understand what you are booking, there is no reason not to stay here. But if you want to say in a ‘hotel’ you need to find somewhere else.

Just stayed again in this gorgeous hotel and it was just as good if not better than last time. Kylie made us so welcome and we had a beautiful suite. …

Stayed there for one night, June 2022.Rooms were comfortable and up-to-date. I have had the misfortune of staying in far worse Airbnb's and hotels in the SJW area for the same money, so would definitely recommend this hotel as good value for money.I did not eat there but the staff was very friendly and the pub/restaurant downstairs seemed very popular.I would definitely recommend.----Visiting London and happened to walk past there again yesterday, October 29, 2023.Restaurant area has been abandoned and permanently closed. Not sure about the hotel area upstairs.I see the property is now up for sale for 5.5 Million. Disappointed that owners could not make a go of it.
