Really great value for money. To the bad reviewers… it’s clearly not a 5 star hotel but it doesn’t claim to be! The staff were really friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and the bedsheets were good quality. …

Overpriced, average sized, broken lift, convenient location, awful staff. ||It’s London, so rooms are small, this is no surprise. The challenge was having a room on the top floor with little children and a broken lift/elevator.  …

This hotel is situated in a great location whether as a tourist or for business. It is a great shame to hear people complain about the size of the rooms because the management do not try to pretend it is anything different. They all have a separate en-suite and the rooms have every amenity. Desk and chair, clothes, storage, refrigerator, trouser press and iron, television, bath and shower, a comfortable and clean bed and linens and a safe. The breakfast room has everything you need an including freshly cooked breakfasts. The Hotel is situated a stones throw from the great shopping area of Marylebone High Road, Regents Park, Madame Tussaud’s, Baker Street station, Harley Street and the London Clinic. The owners and staff are attentive and caring. Finally, for its location and price it cannot be beaten.

Simply awful… very dated property with tiny rooms, but that isn’t what made me write this review. …

This is our 3rd stay with the Regency Hotel Westend. The staff are amazing and friendly. We went over Christmas, and they went out of their way to provide us with breakfast. The room is comfortable and clean. …

This hotel in a good location just doesn’t measure up. It’s 2 buildings a few doors apart. My review is the Westend building. Avoid it. |The room barely 8 feet wide had 2 narrow beds and the pillows were ancient. …

My friend and I stayed here over a weekend, and it was a lovely experience! Definitely a small place but the owner was very sweet and welcoming and even let us keep our bags there for a couple hours after check-out before our evening flight. It was a very clean place and we'd definitely stay there again!

200£ a night. For that you’ll get closet sized room, a bathroom with no toiletries, a shower with no water pressure (a leaky faucet has more pressure than that), a toilet lid that’s not aligned with the toilets. No plugs next to the bed, a room up four flights of stairs with no elevator. For 10£ you can get a breakfast, but not after 9.30am. You’ll just have to get out of the hotel, walk about 15 meters and go to the dining room in the other hotel (Parkside). So nice when it rains.Spent a great time in London, this hotel was the only downfall.I would not recommend, and I would even recommend avoiding this hotel. Its only feature is the neighborhood.

Shockingly poor hotel rooms. £150 per night with no breakfast for the smallest room I have ever stayed in, around the world or in the UK. …
