The stairs are quite narrow, you may have difficulty even with a medium-sized suitcase. The room was clean, cleaning is done daily. The room I stayed in was very small, too big for two people to get ready at the same time. There are probably better and larger rooms available. Unfortunately, the walls are very thin and it is easy to hear noise from the corridor and adjacent rooms. The location is very good, easy to reach. I can give full points in terms of price and performance. I may choose this hotel again on my next trip to London.

I have to say, what friendly staff they have. I booked this hotel last minute due to my original hotel cancelling on me. Overall I could not be happier. They accommodated me by letting me drop my bag off prior to checking in as I was off to an event I couldn’t take my bag with me.I came back to check in and it couldn’t have been smoother. The room I was given was above my expectations, clean and very respectable. The En-suit could do with a little attention but that’s all I could complain about 😂 but saying that it wasn’t that bad at all if I'm honest. Shower was very hot and powerful.I have said to the reception staff on check out that I will be returning, because of the location and accessibility to Hyde park and the palace along with the closeness to Paddington train station.Highly recommended in my books.

Firstly the staff are excellent. Very friendly and helpful, they could not have been better. The hotel is also in a good location . The room was however very, very small (think small caravan). …

Stayed here just for a night on a personal trip to London. |A quaint little hotel in the bylanes of Paddington, just a 10 mins walk away from the station. |Mr Lee, the manager was kind enough to give us a ground floor room. …

I have just spent 2 nights here with my son, I always stay in Paddington as it’s so cosmopolitan and so diverse, the tube station is a stones throw from the hotel to reach any of the London landmarks. …

If you're looking for just a place to stay. And do not expect a big space. This is the place. No air though. We had a window that opened. They are clean and close to the best station in London. Paddington station which is direct to the airport. Just four blocks and your are everywhere.

Not as bad as people make it out to be, however, the hotel does need some tender love and care. The walls were quire dirty with a crack in our room however the convenience won - the location is great, booking at desk and the check in process was super swift.I agree with previous reviews that said the hotel is lacking a communal lounge of sort - we’ve tried asking the staff if they would be able to microwave our food in their office facilities since there was no option to do so anywhere else however they refused. It’s a convenience hotel with narrow interior so I’d really suggest looking for else where if you wanted more than somewhere to stay over night

Got to the reception, no one there, rang the bell a few times, eventually after a couple of minutes someone came, no smile, no "sorry", nothing. He could have been in the restroom or whatever for all I care, but the least you can do in the service industry is to say something. The guy absolutely hates his job. Got my room, top floor, no elevator, bear in mind the last section gets super narrow and it's quite a hassle carrying bags around. The hotel is cheap, that's undeniable, but wow... rooms are stalked so close to each other, the noise is unbelievable, had a horrible first night, plus it was freezing, caught myself a nice little cold there... the bathroom is small, had to seat with the door open, otherwise I wouldn't fit. Won't ever come back.

Great budget hotel with everything you need for a short stay. Lee on reception couldn’t have been more helpful, he even let me have his own umbrella to help when I needed it. Would stay again and thank you for all your help during my stay. Good location too
