The Biltmore Hotel is my first choice among London’s hotels due to its excellent location and the friendly staff. I feel safe and comfortable there. The room service quality has declined compared to before, as some of the towels are a bit worn and some linens have an unpleasant smell. Aside from that, all the services are very good, especially the doormen. I would like to thank Mr. Raul for his dedication in serving the guests. A very special thanks to the supervisor Mr. Leo and the director of rooms Mr. Edson for their high professionalism in dealing with guests, which made the stay memorable. I wish them continued success and progress always.

We had the pleasure of staying at the hotel in August. The hotel is the best hotel in London hands down. It is centrally located and the rooms and amenities are the best that a 5 star offers. You feel so luxurious once you enter the hotel and the doors close behind you. We were greeted by the check in staff who showed us the hotel and our room. Each staff member that we encountered was so warm and kind which made the stay even more enjoyable. We like to work out while traveling and the gym is the best hotel facility that we have seen. In addition the restaurant is fantastic. We enjoyed both dinner and breakfast at the hotel. The house made granola is off the charts and the steaks at dinner were very high quality. We are already looking forward to our return trip in November.

We enjoyed the family suite. The rooms were spacious and the bathrooms luxurious. The beds were extremely comfortable. The staff was exceptional, especially Jolanta . Take the time to have their afternoon tea. One of the best tea experiences I’ve ever had. Great location with easy access to transportation.

The atmosphere of the hotel is a bit on the hectic side with the constant coming and going of people||Our room was large and comfortable. Having large amounts of complimentary water in the room is a nice touch. …

I’m currently staying at the hotel, and while the location is fantastic, the services don’t feel 5-star at all. One day I left some cash on my desk, and when I returned, it was gone. I asked about it, and they said no one had seen it….Housekeeping has been inconsistent; one day they forget to put the water bottles, another day the shower robes, and sometimes they don’t even change the bed sheets. I even dropped my lipstick, and it made a mess on the floor. When I returned, it was still there it was obvious it needed to be cleaned. The concierge service is also lacking. There’s rarely anyone available to help, and they always say they’ll call you back but never do. Everyone seems to be blaming each other. The only staff doing a great job are the porters. Overall, it’s very disappointing and not what I expected from a 5-star hotel.

The location is undoubtedly the hotel’s strongest asset. Situated in the heart of Mayfair, it offers easy access to London's attractions and shopping. However, once you step inside, the experience falls short. The rooms are surprisingly small, especially considering the hotel's reputation. The lobby can often feel crowded and the rooms noisy, where you can hear other guests and street traffic. Another small thing, the towels, unfortunately, show signs of wear and tear, which is a minor but noticeable detail. While the hotel's decor is tasteful, it doesn't stand out as particularly exceptional.

The Biltmore Mayfair is in a very central location - convenient to Tube, shops and tourist attractions.||We had a standard room and it was reasonably spacious for London. The air-conditioning worked well.  …

Finishes are nice, and the hotel is in a nice residential area at the edge of Soho. Treatment was abysmal for 5-star hotel. We were provided with a single/twin bed, despite having booked a King-size bed. …
