This place was perfect for us. The check in and check out was super convenient and the location was great. Close to the tube and a great area to explore on its own. …

We paid a lot for two nights during xmas high season so writing this on that basis:||||+Location is ok, nothing much to do around the house if you are looking for eating out, but you can get away quickly with the underground nearby. …

As there is no elevator (lift), you will have to carry your luggage upstairs for one or two stories. Although the bedroom is not small, with a queen bed, a single bed, and a table and chairs it becomes a bit crammed. …

Stayed here a few times and it never disappoints. A variety of sizes of self-contained apartments/rooms. All clean and well stocked. ||||Keypad entry system to main door & apartments themselves makes you feel very safe. ||||Great value and good central location.

Great location for a reasonable price for central London. Good facilities: quick wifi, TV, mini-kitchen, hot water worked well, comfortable bed and decent decor. A little worn in places, slight mould in the bathroom and the coded door entry system is a little temperamental but ultimately a pretty good option, worthy of recommendation.

This has to be the worst place I have ever stayed. If you value your health and safety, do not stay here. I stayed here with my disabled sister and the heating and hot water did not work (as you can see the thermostat said it was 14 degrees). The duvet was really thin and there were no extra blankets. I called, texted and left a voicemail for the 'emergency contact', but have still not even heard back (it is now the Monday after the Saturday evening I stayed). I kept waking up during the night because of how cold it was and I wouldn't be surprised if myself or my sister became ill, due to this stay. The mattress for the bed is also too big for the frame (at least in the room we were in) and so when I went to crawl across the bed, I fell off the side as the bottom of the bed was not there to support the bottom of the mattress. If you have this place booked, I would find alternative accommodation now, as the hosts clearly do not value health and safety or the experience of their visitors.

I was astounded at how large and well equipped the apartment was. Sasha was extremely friendly and helpful too when she contacted me to advise me of the door code . The appt was large, clean and had many amenities. The price was very reasonable too.
