We had a completely horrid experience at this place, was only staying for one night but couldn’t sleep due to BED BUGS. My girlfriend started to notice wails on her elbows and arms and after 15 minutes more wails started appearing and they were huge. There was no one at “reception”so I had to call their phone numerous times to grab someone and when I did I was told that he was sorry to hear😒, this place should not be in operation, it’s a huge violation to health and safety@Viral Patel

Unfortunately, we had bed bugs in our room. We only stayed one night, and when we went to check out and let them know about the bed bugs there was no one in the pub. We waited for a bit, but eventually had to just leave our room key by the computer and notified management about the bed bugs through email. I never heard back, so I have no idea what their follow up plan is for extermination. The employees were very kind when we checked in, and the location was good. Would've been a decent stay if it wasn't for the pest situation.

The location was great and was walkable to so many places. which is why I chose it and the staff were very friendly and helpful. But that's where the positives end. …

Very disappointing. Room was tatty in too many places. No kettle, then no spoon so no drink! Bed was comfortable and shower was decent but I won’t stay again. Shame as with attention to the detail could be ok.

First time visit here. I don't normally frequent pubs as not a drinker, per se.We ended up here after a lovely meal in Edgware Road, Marble Arch, and the company I was with wanted a quiet drink before returning to our abodes.None of us had been here prior. The service was great and intimate.

TV remote and bathroom door broken. Room smaller in pictures. Small and steep staircase, not suitable for elders or anyone with issues with stairs as they don't have a lift. You can hear everything. There's no place to put anything in the bathroom, just sink and toilet and shower. Shower has no friction protection on the floor to prevent slipping.Points only for location & cleanliness. Save your money and go elsewhere, you can find much better hotels in a good location for the price.

This is a slightly strange review, but I feel like I need to give credit to the man on the phone on the evening of 3rd Jan, who was so lovely and helpful. …

Avoid this hotel. When we came in the room was very clean. However, throughout the 5 days we stayed, we noticed no one hoovered the carpet or changed bedsheets. One day they even forgot to make-up our room and tried to blame us for it and once they saw we had left the 'please make-up my room' sign they said, oh sorry the maid must've forgotten. That is not an excuse. The included breakfast was pathetic, orange juice, protein bar and a plastic wrapped croissant. The first day we had to go downstairs to claim at 10:30 the food even though we had agreed with them the day before to have it delivered at 9. Again their reply was 'oh they have forgotten to bring your breakfast'. The only guy that we have seen at work has an incredibly low level of spoken english and was very condescending. Moreover, there is not an efficent heating. It is a summer AC that you have to put at max temperature in order for it to heat the room and one of the windows didn't close properly so the person sleeping next to it has been cold every single night. The bathroom sink kept clogging up too. They also mentioned the pub door was open until 11pm to enter the building without having to use the key. Every single day, by 10:30pm the door was closed even though promised otherwise. And Finally, whenever you wanted something from reception, no one was there.

Overall Okay. A few issues but for the price it was fine. Firstly the place could do with a spruce up there is broken glass l,doors, the curtains in the room where ripped, cracked paint, etc. then there was the shower which had so much potential but the water was just not hot was warm but not hot, we did complain about this and he did try but still was lacking in heat, main excuse was it was the same in every room which is not really an excuse. The guy did try and be helpful and was nice when we asked for an extra pillow we did get one the day after. Unfortunately I probably would not stay again, location wise was further away than I thought and overall condition of the place needs improving
