It's ok. Didn't feel very luxurious and the room was small and a little bland in comparison to another Nobu I've stayed at previously. The food was average. I've had better buffet breakfast options in lesser rated properties, the room service was timely but fairly standard. The location is good and fairly central. One lift was out of action during my stay so it took some time waiting for the lift in the block to move around.

We stopped in for cocktails, the place looked really nice on the outside. Once inside, the ambiance was amazing! However, that was the best part of the night. When I went to inquire about getting a table, the seemingly manager, immediately replied “There is room for you.” The delivery was completely rude. We were nicely dressed and polite, so this was the first red flag. The service was so terrible! We waited over 20 minutes for our drinks, which they completely messed up and didn’t bring water after asking. After that, we asked for a second round 3 times , going to the bar because no one ever came to our table. They then had the audacity to charge us for 4 glasses of wine when we only had 2. They never removed the drinks that were made wrong. Once again, we had to go ask for a check because no one ever came to our table. I could have excused it they had been short staffed, but that was not the case. This is completely unacceptable for an establishment of this caliber. I understand being busy, I understand being frazzled, no excuse to be rude and no excuse for being ignored.

Their attentive service and warm demeanor were truly impressive. The ambiance was sophisticated and relaxing, and the drinks were excellent. Nobu Hotel clearly understands how to provide top-notch customer service. I highly recommend it!

I recently stayed at the Nobu Hotel London and was extremely disappointed with the experience. Upon checking in at 2:30 pm, I was made to feel unwelcome—a poor start for a hotel charging GBP 1000 per night. …
