I had an amazing experience, at first I got a room that didn't feel the right vibe and they immediately came to meet me and changed me to a room that was more suitable for me. The service of Maria and ashram and other members of the team were incredible, very nice and kind, they helped me with everything I asked for and needed with love and kindness. The location is an exact area and close to the park, the rooms are very small and intimate, but the staff inspires good energy and a smile.

I honestly loved the place! Sure it's an older building, so you have to keep in mind the small corridors and rooms, the lack of view out the window and the thin floors/walls. But that's normal for the area I'm sure! The location is great, right by two stations, close to all the attractions. The staff is lovely, super nice, always greet you with a smile! The room was a decent size in my opinion, with a shower, window, etc., big comfy bed. Did not see a single bug, like some reviews are implying. They only clean the rooms upon request if you're staying more than a day, which I liked because it gives me privacy. That being said while I know usually the cleaning staff are in a rush to finish their day, some time should be taken to scrub down the walls once in a while, they're a bit icky 😬 and maybe in rooms that have the space for it, like mine, there could be an extra little table or shelves to unpack your bags more comfortably, but really these are pretty much the only complaints I have. I enjoyed my stay, it was a great budget option for the location, and I really recommend it!

Good for price range but not compared to Asian Hotels, very low grade. Too small Toilets, handy can move inside. Rooms floor mat need replacing and better cleaning. No sound proof walls. Can hear water drainage from above toilet.

Booked through Booking and was very impressed with the room for the price we paid. The hotel is located 10min or less walk from Hyde Park with 2 subway stations on the same street. Very easily accessible. The room was spacious enough for a hotel room in England for 2 people. There are no elevators so if you have a lot of luggage it’s something to keep in mind. Room was clean upon arrival and you’re able to get more towels upon request. There’s no phone in the room, so you have to call the hotel from your personal phone to get in contact with the front desk.Multiple restaurants and grocery stores across the street. Great location.

Overall not a great experience. The people at the reception are really nice and the location is good as well. The problem comes with the status of the room. Really noisy, due to the very bad isolation both from the outside and from the other rooms around and above. You can literally hear everything the other guests do in the other rooms as clearly as if you were next to them. The bathroom is small, but that's not the problem. The problem is that it's not very clean and the functionality of the shower was kind of limited. All in all, overpriced for the quality offered. Also forget about having a good internet connection in the room.

Lets start with the positive: the people from reception is very nice and its very close to metro stations and the neighborhood is super quiet and many food offers.Negative: FULL OF BEDBUGS, I had to buy sanitizers because was disgusting to sleep there. The bathroom super dirty. i had to use my mobile data, the wifi was unstable… Definitely would NOT recommend this hotel.

BEWARE OF BEDBUGSI booked a room with a single bed for 2 nights but didn't stay (13-15Jul2024). The bathroom was dirty with the window not waterproof but that's not the worst. I saw bedbugs on my bed. The person at reception collected one. I was changed rooms after an hour (a room in the basement) but I didn't sleep because the whole hotel must be infested with bedbugs. I left the lights on all night and looked for another hotel. The girls at reception seemed to know that there were bedbugs. Be careful, don’t book…

Location is great but its outdated and small, no lift, no fridge, no services other than cleaning. If on the top floor its a struggle up the narrow staircase, rooms are small and nothing special. Top prices for these rooms because of the location, dig a little deeper and pay little more for a proper hotel with better facilities. Fine for one to two nights stay, functional if you just need a bed and a loo, nothing else to write home about.

BEDBUGS!!I read the reviews the day before I left for England, there were supposed to be bedbugs, I was terribly scared, but there was only one review, so I thought it would be OK, upon arrival, I immediately asked if they had bedbugs, the lady told me that definitely not, after two days I woke up with itchy pimples, but I thought it was an allergy, but after arriving home, I found out that bed bugs were the only thing that is good about the hotel, the location is good, and the staff is nice, otherwise nothing
