Excellent price-quality hotel. I stayed there 4 nights with my 15 years old daughter to visit London. I really recommend it. The rooms are very well equipped, the quality of the bed is top ! My daughter (and I) really enjoyed the breakfast, and the friendliness of the personnel/people.

The only negatives are that the rooms do not have a bath and are small, almost Hong Kong style. Check in is 3pm, check out at 12pm.The positives are that it is new, love the lighting controls on the bed headboard, plush bed and duvet, nice bouncy carpet and everything in the room worked!Oh the TV doesn't allow streaming / casting from a laptop or phone though, just bog standard TV channels available. The breakfast is buffet style for £8 and we'll worth it.Super friendly staff too. Will definitely stay again.

Perfect hotel for a weekend trip in London. The facilities are surprisingly beautiful for a budget hotel, and it is so centrally located in a great neighborhood. I appreciated the free coffee and tea available at all hours, and the room had just what I needed. The hotel staff were great and helped me with an early check in.That being said, I do not understand how 2 guests could ever fit in even their biggest room (which is what I stayed in by myself). The room is a good size for one person but it still often felt cramped, and I had a hard time finding a spot for my medium sized luggage. Also, the bathroom door is made of frosted glass and has openings on top and bottom, so I really would not share a room with someone unless you were *very* comfortable with them.Even with that, though, this is a great hotel for the value and I would absolutely stay again.

I love Premier Inn, normally. The rooms are usually a good side, bright and airy. These 'hub' by Premier Inn hotels are not that.Rooms don't have a window, well not what I'd call a window anyway, it's a small slither of a completely frosted glass window, you cannot see out of, which made the already tiny room, feel super claustrophobic. One side of the bed is against the wall, so I had to climb over my wife a few times to use the bathroom. Now I know you can see a lot of this in the images, but let me stress to you, there is no view out of the windows (there are even rooms in the basement that don't even have the frosted glass window...), and the rooms are tiny.Good points would be: Nice size TV, clever storage for your items, the monsoon shower was good. Also, typical Premier inn bed, comfy, albeit smaller than their normal beds in their regular hotel offerings. The air-conditioning control panel that had the light controls had a life of its own though as well. Also, only one large towel was placed in our room upon arrival, despite it being booked explicitly for two guests. For the price and place to rest your head in central London, I wouldn't say its 'bad', but it was rather claustrophobic not having a view, and the small rooms. It's perfect to get rest, but not to sit in and relax after a long day.

This was my second time in London but first time in a Hub by Premier Inn hotel and it’s definitely the way to go if you’re a solo traveler like me! I booked it for the affordability and location. This hotel is new so it felt clean and amenities were up to date. The rooms are small but this is known when you book so it wasn’t a shock when I first arrived and saw that the bed was basically half the room. They really squeeze in everything. My one observation was that they should do something with the empty wall like add more hooks or closet space. Check-in is at 3 pm but after a long travel day from the States I was able to check-in early for £10 even on a busy Taylor Swift concert day. The hotel was busy for the concert but I never once heard any noise while in my room from the hallway or from outside. This is also in a desirable location too. Lots of bus stops and tube stations around to bring you anywhere! It was easy to get to Wembley for the show. You can get breakfast in the hotel but I decided not to because there were some great cafes in the area (loved Boxcar nearby)! Overall, I enjoyed my stay here and would definitely return.

I chose to stay here during a very full on work trip to London because of the location but was so surprised at the quality of the offer. This is the nicest budget hotel I’ve ever stayed in, my room is (very!) …

Amazing ExperienceThis is my second stay with Premier Inn hotels this year. My first was last April at Hub by Premier Inn Westminster, and this time at the Marylebone location. Both experiences were wonderful, with warm and welcoming vibes.A special mention goes to the lady on the late-night shift (tall with black hair) her positive attitude really stood out.One suggestion: It would be great to have a safebox in the room for added convenience, along with the option to open the windows. Also, please continue to encourage booking directly through your mobile application without using third-party hotel booking apps.Keep up the great work - Bravo

We stayed here for 3 nights over the bank holiday weekend and could not fault it.We were greeted with a smile and helped with the check in. All the staff were very polite and helped where required. We stayed in the 'bigger room' which had a nice big bed which was very comfy. We did ask for a couple more pillows as we only had one each which the staff were more than happy to provide. I'd recommend the bigger room if you aren't solo. The hotel provides complementary tea, coffee and water from the bar which was a nice bonus. The location is fantastic being so close to Edgware Road tube station.Only points for improvement I have are to keep spare pillows in the rooms, add more hooks to hang things like towels and allow us to use the sleep timer in the TV.I'd happily stay again.
