Stayed here for 3 nights with my father in September.Service: Pretty standard. Not rude or anything. You can leave your luggage in a lounge for storage if you reach early so that you can go on your holiday.TLDR: Basic service. Small rooms. Has lift. A bit far from the train station by foot. Close to Hyde Park. Would not get their breakfast. Would recommend staying in Premier Inn or something else instead.

2 night work trip, another budgets hotel around Paddington.Booked single room. Was pleasantly surprised. Lovely spacious room. Clean and well maintained.Bathroom was also spacious with a great powerful shower.Hotel has a lift and breakfast is included, although I did not try it.Great location, easy access to underground and trains.Lots of food and drink options locally.Would highly recommend and will be trying to book again.

I slept in a room on the side of the street and I slept good. Upon first inspection the pillows seemed (and definitely were) hard which I did not like. Although the next morning I woke up wondering if I did, maybe, like hard pillows.Reception was straightforward, nice and friendly. The hotel itself has charm. I don’t need more.

We stayed here for 3 nights. Our room was spacious with a tiny bathroom. The furniture and carpet were truly dated. This was not an issue for us given that we are in our room to sleep and shower. The room & bathroom is clean. …

Old building as all buildings around but seems that was recently refurbished but, unfortunately, on the cheapest way possible.Does anyone in the UK knows what is a thermostatic shower? Was impossible to take a shower without the water going from freezing cold to boiling in a matter of seconds...Breakfast is very poor, coffee, milk, tea, bread, cheese, ham, eggs, some cereal and basically that's it.Asked for a 20sqm room and ended up on the basement with view to a tiny páteo in the back where I assume the boilers were so there was some noise.Room was not that bad but still small, heating was working properly

I recently stayed at the Orchard Hotel in Sussex Gardens, and the experience was far from ideal. The room was too hot with no air conditioning, so I had no choice but to open the window. Unfortunately, all the rooms in the hotel have their windows facing each other in a small enclosed area, as shown in the attached images. This design traps and amplifies every sound, creating an unbearable noise level. I was kept awake all night by a crying baby and Chinese parents arguing loudly in the morning. Even the reception noise echoed like shouting. There were no towels in the room when I arrived, and I had to request them. The bathroom only had liquid hand soap, and the breakfast was extremely limited—just toast or cereal. Not a restful stay at all.

Here is my advice, if you decide to stay at this hotel, then at night prop up the door with a pedestal or chair, perhaps this will save your life and health or save valuable things, it is unknown what is on the mind of those who try to …

Basic place for tourists to sleep during holidays, as it is very close to major tourist attractions in London and the Paddington Station. It shouldn't really be termed a hotel, just like the other ones around it as well. Rugs do not seem to be very clean, no daily cleaning of rooms either, no restaurant, basic breakfast too. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful

A good hotel for the money, very good location. Short walk to public transport in every direction, and a 10 min walk to Hyde Park. Lots of restaurants close by. The beds are really good, we got a nice big room. Breakfast was not good. The staff are not really that interested in their guests.
