I was there with my family for 7 days triple room. That was the worst ever decision I made. They gave me a baseman room right under the lobby. The noise was killing me I couldn’t sleep. the bed was hard as a rock. The only good thing was the bathroom cause it was spacious and the location there was two train station nearby. if you ever travel to London and you are more than 3 people I suggest you to rent an Airbnb. Or pay a little bit more and get a better hotel.

The rooms are comfortable with everything you need! Their service is great, especially the make-up room service - coming back to a neat, clean room everyday has been a nice end throughout my stay. The hotel is also located in walking distance between Bayswater station and Hyde Park, making it really easy to plan my itinerary. There are also many nice restaurants nearby. Overall, it was a great stay!

The area is a good spot for tourists to stay, as it's close to the tube, and easy to get around. The area looks and feels safe, even at night. Unfortunately the hotel itself is really quite dingy and odd. …

Hands down the best Malaysian restaurant in London. Truly reminds us of home. If you’re in need of Malaysian flavours to aid your homesickness or just to try Malaysian food in general, look no further! Bonus points for the friendly staffs as well who are always so kind and attentive. Can’t wait to be back!

I recently stayed at Berjaya Eden Park Hotel in London, and my experience was truly awful. I believe this is one of the worst hotels in the world. There’s no lift to the ground floor, which is very inconvenient. The room was dirty, with stains on the bedding and a bathroom that hadn’t been cleaned properly. Additionally, the front desk staff were unhelpful and dismissive when I raised my concerns. I left feeling very disappointed and would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Extremely disappointed.

I have written several hundred trip advisor reviews and have been staying in hotels weekly for decades. I cannot recall a hotel as bad as this. It is almost difficult to put the specifics into words. …

If you are thinking about booking my this hotel- don’t. This is the WORST I have ever stayed in and I wouldn’t stay here if it was free. I have stayed in countless 20 euro hostels before. I never give one star reviews, but this hotel deserves negative stars for the lack of care and standards from management.1) Rooms and corridors are extremely dated to the point that there is damage everywhere. Door hinges, walls etc. Absolutely unpleasant2) Toilets are so bloody tight that I can’t even open up my legs more than 3cm. Water also stopped working one night, and when it did work only extremely scalding hot water came out.3) Your key card stop working every 12 hours. Had a long and exhausting day? Must suck to realise your card stopped working only when you reached your door and have to get back to reception.4) The lift is extremely small (fit 2 people) and slow. Oh and it broke on my last day! Cant wait to carry 7x20 kg luggages down extremely steep stairs for 4 floors.5) This is the first time I’ve seen a hotel provide a bed smaller than a single. I almost fell out of my own bed a few times when I sleep. Oh the mattress also collapses inwards and is super shaky. Please don’t expect a good nights sleep here.Genuinely just close the place down at this point if you are not going to respect yourself or your guests. Service staff are doing their job to the best of their ability with the evidently limited resources- management and levels above are to blame. It is obvious that no work has been done to improve on this hotel for the past 30 years.
