I stayed here for a night because i was flying out the next day. What prompted me was the location, breakfast & the fact there was an elevator. The room was very comfortable with underfloor heating. …

We stayed at Norfolk Towers as we wanted a location close to the Paddington and Edgware Road stations. The location is perfect and just a short walk from both. The hotel itself is wonderful. Immaculately clean and our room was perfect. Staff were very friendly. Would highly recommend this hotel.

I had stayed in this hotel for many times since I was studying in the UK. The standard is above average in London with such an affordable price. Good location (very close to Paddington Station) and the breakfast was so impressive! You’ll probably love it especially if you’re an Asian!

CONS: Executive room did not look like the picture. Looks more like the club room. Lift was very small. Disappointed with the inaccurate representation. Mattress might be too soft for some people, but I was alright with it. ||PROS: The location is very good and they are newly refurbished! This was a plus. Everything else was fine.

The worst experience I've ever had in a hotel. We booked a suite, which is supposedly the best room they have, and it was in the basement, with no air circulation in the entire floor and a tiny window that looked out onto some kind of hole filled with dirt and cigarettes. I asked if they could change our room because I'm pregnant, and air quality is essential right now, and they told us they didn't have one. We asked if they could cancel the late check out we had just paid for, since we didn't want to stay in that room any longer than necessary, and they told us it had already been processed and it wasn't possible, how can that be? Horrible service, run-down rooms, closed restaurant, etc. They try to sell themselves as a high-end hotel, and they have staff from a dive bar with mediocre rooms.

Really close to Paddington station, clean and beds we comfy. Just good value for London. Check in took too long and lift is a single and v slow.

The room was matchbox sized. No space for opening even two suitcases simultaneously. Twin beds were joined together and the access to the second bed was through a 20 cm space between bed and wall. Staff was unfriendly, did not help us in any way. Even told us that every minute after checkout will cost us. Most hotels give a half hour/one hour leeway for international passengers. Not sure about water quality, even a simple hand wash had to be done twice to get the soapy feeling off. There was a smell to the water also. Only saving grace is proximity to Paddington station and good restaurants in the street behind.

Service is good, together with the breakfast. Location is VERY good. Just a street away from Paddington station. Also a small supermarket in front of the hotel. The rooms are too small. When you can’t open the closet because it collides with the bed, it’s too small. Small badrooms too. Anyway, had a good time.

Probably the worst experience I have had in a very long time in a hotel. I turned off the AC when I arrived in the room as it was freezing, still there was a very loud noise coming from the AC unit all night (not your normal AC noise which I am fine with...). I tried my best to ignore it and sleep regardless but at 3 in the morning it had become so annoying that I asked the reception if there was any chance to change room, the reply I got was "no sorry, have you tried closing your eyes ?". Avoid this place.
