Nice hotel in a good location for walking to the museums. Good transport connections nearby. Staff very pleasant and good breakfast options. Only criticism is lack of sound proofing in rooms as you can hear everything. Also, windows at front didn't meet (2mm gap) so could hear all the road noise. Apart from that, a really good experience.

Very enjoyable 3 night stay at this hotel. We booked a few months in advance and found the prices to be very reasonable. An emailed query at time of booking was very promptly answered by the hotel. Throughout the stay all the staff we encountered were polite and friendly. The room was more spacious than anticipated (not huge but more than adequate for us), and was cleaned on a daily basis. There were signs of wear and tear but we expect this in a regularly used hotel room. There were fresh bottles of water put in our mini fridge daily, with also packets of biscuits , shower gel/hand lotion/shampoo, coffee/tea/sugar/coffee pods being replenished each day. The location was great with 2 accessible tube stations a couple of streets away, as were the local supermarkets & eateries and bus stops were within a short distance away. Kensington Gardens/Hyde Park is literally a couple of minutes walk away. We were in a 3rd floor room at the rear of the building so didn't experience any road traffic noise, the road itself didn't seem to be an overly busy one either, we could hear the guests in the adjoining room enter & leave their room but that was it. I was woken once by noises above in the early hours one morning, but this was one isolated occasion. We opted not to include breakfast with our stay, but observed that it seemed to be quite popular whenever we left in the mornings. We found this to be a clean and friendly hotel and would not hesitate in recommending it to friends, and indeed returning ourselves for another stay (and opting for the breakfast !).

Location was perfect: 5 mintute walk to Queensway Underground station (Central line) and Bayswater Underground station (Circle line). Both good points to reach most anywhere in London. Also on the same street as the Underground stations are plenty of restaurant choices and small grocery stores.Everyone working here is very friendly and helpful. Able to book tours directly at the front desk.Rooms are quiet, a bit on the smaller side (but this is London). Aircon works fine. Only 2 items we did not care for: 1) the gaps around the door are quite large and allows alot of light into a darkened room and 2) the bed was quite hard and uncomfortable. If these two items were fixed, I'd say this would be a perfect place to stay during your visit to London. We based here for 1 week and were very satisfied overall.

This is a really charming, beautiful hotel in the middle of Hyde Park. Price-performance ratio is great. The rooms are clean and very cutely decorated. There is coffee, cookies and water for refreshment every day. The bathroom is also clean and the rooms are cleaned daily. There are many restaurants, supermarkets around the hotel and the spectacular Hyde Park is directly opposite. You can easily get to London City or Oxford Street by bus 94 or the underground. The staff is super friendly and very helpful. We would like to come again!

Alert: UNDERGROUND rooms in the basement with no windows, advertised as "executive triple rooms".After complaining we were given a room on the ground floor (photos attached) although at the advertised photos the shown windows implied rooms that were clearly on the first floor or higher.+ We were given a card to enter our room, we tried to enter the wrong room by mistake and... our card could open any room! Imagine, entering a room with other guests inside! Madness! To be fair, I 'll mention the complimentary bottled water, fruits, biscuits, coffee machine with espresso capsules in the room, slippers, bath robes. Nice breakfast, fresh flowers on the tables. Clean, freshly renovated with nice decoration and new equipment.

This hotel is 5 minutes walk from Bayswater underground station and local shops. You get a nice welcome on registration. The hotel is in a lovely terrace just off the north side of Hyde Park. The double room is on the small side, but clean and has everything you need, including coffee machine, hairdryer and bathroom accessories. The shower is excellent. Very reasonably priced for where it is. We would use it again for a night in London.

Really good hotel for the price. Also the location is amazing (just across the street from Hyde park). I was worried about some of the negative reviews, but in my experience hotel was really, really good. I stayed in a shared room with separate beds with my friend, and they even upgraded us to a triple room on the 3rd floor. Everything was super clean, and we got new towels and bedsheets changed everyday. The bathroom and the shower were great.Beds were not mega comfy, but I wasn't expecting much anyway. This is the best place I've ever stayed in London so far.Maybe the only downside of the room was the fact that it didn't have a small fridge, and that the walls were a bit thin (so we could hear other guests, pipes, water, showers, etc). However, we just needed a decent place to sleep because we were out all day anyway, and this was it.The service was also really kind and friendly. Can't complain about anything, for the price it was the most decent place to stay we could have gotten.I have to mention tho, that we specifically asked for a room with a window when we booked, because in the previous hotel in London we ended up in the basement.

+ Good price. Great breakfast. Excelent staff, everyone was so nice and helpful. The location was magnificent for the price. We chose this hotel because it was 3 minutes away from Hyde Park and Central Line Subway Station.- The room door was too short. During night time light from the hallway was passing through the door crack, so the room wasn't dark at night time.It would've been awesome if they had different doors to make the room at least a little more soundproof. The bed wasn't very comfortable.
