Good location and can’t fault the cleanliness but the fact that some of the rooms are on the basement level (-1) is a bit of a strange one. The room had a fake courtyard outside the window with constant natural daylight and absolutely no privacy without the blinds being shut.There’s also no mobile signal so you have to rely on patchy WiFi.

The staff were polite, everywhere was very clean, including the room. The tea/coffee station was ideal for grabbing a drink for your room, coffee was very good! The room was very tech savvy, with dimmable lights, do not disturb button next to bed instead of being on the door handle, reading light, air con control next to bed so there’s no need to get out, it was perfect! The shower was also amazing! You can tell the design was thought out carefully, although not a big room, i couldn’t have asked for more! I will 100% be staying again, especially as it’s across the road from Paddington station!

Want to give 5 stars because the staff are incredibly lovely across the board, but the rooms had a weird pervasive smell that is very off putting. It’s a brand new building, which is great! Avoids the mustiness and dustiness you get with some London hotels. But if you’re sensitive to paint/new carpet smells, maybe wait until 2025 before booking here. Double was wildly expensive for the size, though still reasonable for the central location, and there’s surprisingly a lot of storage inside the room so it’s very tidy and comfortable.

Location is excellent as it's attached to Paddington Station, yet it's super quiet. Rooms are small but that's expected. Missing a hook or rack to hang items on, closet can only hold a couple items, and all light switches are on the bed. Main complaint though, is that it's a literal labyrinth of a maze to try and find your room. Front desk is friendly and helpful. Place is clean and modern. Good place for the price.

I often stay at Premier Inn when I travel, but my experience at Hub Premier Inn was my first, and it was a very positive one! Although my check-in was scheduled for 3 pm, I arrived in London at 1 pm, and they checked me in without any issues. This was fantastic because it gave me time to shower, rest, and go over my presentation before the conference. It made a huge difference in how I felt later at work, allowing me to stay out longer with my colleagues in the evening without feeling too tired.I requested an extra duvet, and once again, they provided it with no hassle.The place is very modern, clean, and although it is basic, it has absolutely everything you might need during a business trip. The shower was strong and hot, which was perfect.Location is perfect, very easy to get to from Euston train station and then travel around London.The staff at Hub Paddington were very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. I'm very happy with my experience and will definitely stay there again when I’m in London.

We had the most lovely experience at this hotel. The staff were friendly and so helpful. I (unfortunately) had a medical emergency during our visit and the staff were SO wonderful. They went out of their way to make sure I was ok and got to the hospital. They also made sure I got back to the hotel safely (Since we were travelling from Canada and had no knowledge of the area). We can’t thank them enough for all their help.It has such a convenient location next to paddington and highly recommend the breakfast. Wish we could go back!
