Room was a bit crap. But you get what you pay for. I’m giving such a high rating purely based off of the lovely Daniel up front. He made the night 10x more enjoyable with his amazing hospitality. In my personal opinion, a raise is well deserved :)

Well I do like windows in my room to be honest as my sensory was a little disturbed by that fact I couldn't see out, but the room was comfortable, clean with a lovely bathroom and space to put my belongings.Great price, great central location with free street parking after 6pm, which is ALWAYS helpful.Staff were professional and friendly which I love.

This was a jail cell experience, horrible, so many flights of stairs. My room was near the stair could hear everything and everyone. The toilet and room were tiny, fit for someone short. There is no moving room or leg room. The socket is on the far wall, no windows very suffocating and they do not inform about a £20 deposit, which is still pending after several days of checkout and leaving the room spotless. Never again staying at this shoe box hotel.

Price was ok however a few pound extra gets you a nicer hotel. Room was ok, no window however that’s because the hotel is underground. The air conditioning was leaking on my side of the bed. The room walls are very thin and I can hear everything. A guy was coughing his lungs out and unfortunately we heard every little bit of it, every single day. Finally other than towels we didn’t have any toiletries such as a brush that we could clean the toilet with after use. It’s ok if you have plans for the day and you just sleep at night. However if you plan on having a sleep in kind of day then be prepared for the noise.

I really wouldn't bother staying here.First of all the location. In a scutty back alley to which puts you on edge it's self. The room is pathetically small. Fine for one person but a couple no. Beds are not comfortable. One flat pillow. Bed is high. The bathroom looks ok until you get close and it's minging. The rooms are not sound proof. Can hear every noise, of banging doors, talking and hearing other people's bathrooms. Honestly most depressing hotel if you can call it that. Worst place to stay ever.

Spent two days in the room and booked for a double room without windows. The room is en suite. However the bed is bit high and has a risk of falling. The room doesn't have a chair. However it has a big rack and can accommodate it as a table too. Heating and cooling is available. TV facilities are also there. Toilet is comparatively big. However the cleanliness is bit low. Towels, body wash, dryer, tea, hot chocolates were also in the room. The location is ideal. Because it is very close to the city centre bus station and the railway station. But the surrounded area is bit crowded with homeless people. Staff is friendly. Less quiet.

Double Room was very small. Had to stay in a cold room for hours as heating was not working. Reported about it several times until they gave me a small portable radiator. Imagine sleeping in a cold room on winter. As a hospitality business, they should always check their facilities before checking in people especially on winter season. The floor was cold (how many of you bring slippers all the time?). The exhaust in the toilet was not working. The room was windowless so the room becomes misty after a hot shower (plus after going for no. 2, no way the smell goes away). Plus you are not allowed to bring friend/friends in your room even if you book a room for 2. The receptionist was rude and called me off in the presence of other guests when I brought a friend (only to get something from my room). The hotel internet was not working and there was no mobile service in the room. You stay in the room with no news of the outside world. You can’t ring anybody if something happens to you in the room. When you go on a holiday and go through all these inconviences, it is not worth it. It is better to pay £10 extra to book a room from other hotels. I had to check out at midnight after all these complaints. Filed for a refund through booking app but hotel deny all these.
