What a great find!We went camping for a couple of nights in the area and this was an absolute treasure. The garden area is huge, with a fantastic play area and bouncy castle to keep the kids entertained. It was actually refreshing to see a castle put up properly, with dos and don't clearly displayed so well done. The only downside is it could do with a good clean 😬Drinks - huge choice of everything imaginable! The best stocked bar that I've seen in ages with friendly staff serving you.Food - again, plenty to choose from, reasonable prices, well presented and absolutely delicious.....we ended up returning the following day as it was so good. Will definitely be returning when we are back in the area.

I was really looking forward to my stay at the Feathers with my wife which at the time of booking had a very good review status. ||On arrival we were made welcome and had a drink in the garden area at the back before checking in. …

Spent one night prior to an early morning departure to see the knot murmerations at Snettisham. Excellent room, comfy bed but the best was our packed breakfast. It was huge and varied with a bacon and sausage sandwich, fruit, yogurt, condiments, crisps, sweets and disposable cutlery. Excellent evening meal as well. Wonderful service and friendly staff. Highly recommend

Had a lovely, last minute stay here. Food all lovely. I had the lamb shank which was really nice and the full English breakfast this morning has lasted us all day. The only thing I would say is that the shower was a bit 'hit and miss '. One minute it was scorching hot and the next it was freezing cold. I would've mentioned it on check out but there was a few of us checking out at the same time and the owner was very busy. We stayed in room 1. Would like to stay again

I have never been made to feel as embarrassed and angry in a restaurant/hotel, as I have today, by the attitude and behaviour of the wife, of the owner of this place! Unbelievably rude and positively out of control of her emotions. …

Disappointing. Popped on our first night on holiday on the off chance they had a table. Didn’t realise booking is advised as gets busy. One of waitresses asked barman (?supervisor??) if there was room for 4…didn’t even acknowledge us walked past with no eye contact and just muttered ‘unlikely’Despite not great first impressions, we Pre booked to go a couple nights later.Food was ok, standard pub grub. What lets the place down is the lack of customer service. No one came to see if everything ok with meal. When plates cleared away, desert menu not offered, weren’t asked if we wanted more drinks…. When paying the bill just got asked to check bill and not asked at all how our food was….or if all was ok. Just took money.Won’t return purely on basis of staff attitude. Could be a great pub
