It's a standard travel lodge which is fine, in fact that's what I was looking for. You know what you're getting. The reception was friendly, the room was clean and the bed comfortable, and the shower room was clean with hot water. This one doesn't have any restaurant area but that wasn't an issue for me.It did it's job 🙂

It was a lovely stay, room was very clean and tidy. Staff were super welcoming & made the stay much greater than what I’ve experienced elsewhere - both Fida & Miranda. I’d highly recommend & do see myself making a return with the hope it’s the same staff on duty once again.

Rooms were great. I was really shocked. Travelodge has this stigma its cheap and nasty. The rooms are brilliant or certainly was in the one we stayed at in Birmingham. Staff a bit unsure of things slightly untrained or maybe new staff. Location, it's good. It's right near the train station if you're getting an early flight out it doesn't quite work unless the flight is after 12pm then it works brilliantly. We used it to stop overnight after a late ish flight back to Birmingham. If staff where a bit more on the ball this place would be very close to 5 stars.

The location is great it is central of Birmingham. The staff are friendly too! I am working in Birmingham for a few weeks. The only downside was the photo on the website of the tv does not match the photo in the room that is the only bad thing I can say about travel lodge. Other than that the service has been great everytime I call them they answer straight away and rectify anything I had asked. Including my first night there - I was struggling to find the hdmi port. I rang the hotel and they jokingly asked “did you bring your ps5?”Yes I did! I replied - a man’s gotta game to destress after a long day of work.So Chris came up and actually sorted me out! 10/10 service very friendly lad he even ended up adding me on PlayStation ad we actually did play COD Black Ops 6 together! Best hotel guy I’ve ever metChris came up and helped
