We have eaten here twice on our stay and both times were amazing. The Sunday lunch was amazing and when we came back for the second time it was even better. The pie was excellent and we really enjoyed the crab croquets as well. The burger is fab and the steak of the day - superb! ||Shout out to Meg’s prawn pil pil - excellent

Wow!! We had the most wonderful experience yesterday. Myself and my friend came here for the tea by the sea and enjoyed every second of it. The hospitality was amazing and the food portions were huge! We went home with 2 boxes of leftovers. A special mention to Tracey the supervisor- your service was exceptional. You’re a true credit to the hotel. Thanks again, we will definitely make this our treat when my friend is over from NZ 🥰

What a stay! This feels like a hidden gem on the coast. The location is amazing, with incredible views, but it was the service that really did it for us. Steven in particular was absolutely brilliant! We took our wee dog too and it was a great set up for her. The food was really good as were the cocktails! We will definitely be back :)

We recently stayed in The Outlook at The Spa Hotel in Saltburn, and it was the perfect base for our trip. Saltburn itself is a hidden gem – a place we fell in love with instantly. It’s a special town, and we felt like we had one of the best spots to enjoy it from. The Outlook was well-equipped, comfortable, and spacious, with lovely decor that made it feel like a home away from home. The outside space was a bonus, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The location couldn’t have been better – close to everything, with the beach and nature reserve right on our doorstep.A complimentary breakfast was included, and it was exceptional. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. I also used the spa facilities and had a massage from Becki – one of the best I’ve ever had – along with a BIAB manicure, which was top-notch.The hotel is also dog-friendly, and with a section of the nearby beach being dog-friendly too, it made for lovely walks and easy access to nature. We’re already planning our trip back next year. If you’re looking for a comfortable, well-located place to stay in Saltburn, The Spa Hotel’s The Outlook is hard to beat.(If you do stay, make sure to visit Bar No.23 - lovely place with exceptional pizzas)

Went for Sunday lunch, totally changed the menu since the last time we went so everyone had different meals which took an hour to be served even though there where lots of empty tables. All of our meals were very poor, worst Sunday lunch I've ever had. Sad to say it as I'm from saltburn and have had many lovely meals there over the years but somethings gone drastically wrong unfortunately.

I would give this place 10 stars if I could. I only stayed one night but it made a lasting impression. 1st was Caz on front desk who was outstanding, followed by Tracey in the restaurant. These 2 ladies should be given a pay rise. Words can't express how amazing they were. Also brownie points for room being ready early. Room itself had a knock out view. Bed was so comfy, WiFi no issues and all the facilities you may need. Food in the on site restaurant was excellent good vegetarian choice. More than highly recommend. Thank you Spa hotel.
