Not impressed! We arrived just after 4pm and the three rooms we pre-booked were not ready and weren't on the same floors. This was resolved in ten minutes and the staff accommodating. …

Convenient for Exeter airport. Busy place not the best kept premier inn I’ve stayed at. Could do with a deep clean and some maintenance. Eg mold around bath. Renew sealant etc. suspect high turnover and not enough staff to maintain attention to detail but clean enough and warm welcome

The Pillows are the softest but the flattest I've ever felt, we could also hear upstairs noise.||Positive- family room large, large bathroom, power shower was great, staff very friendly and loved the personal touches in reception with hand crafted cards, tombola for charity and Halloween theme bags/treats

We stayed here as a stop on our way to Cornwall we had to queue at check in as both machines weren't working .||And I don't know why we have to pay to park here. …

Room is great, always is. But, my advice is go elsewhere, especially if you are driving. The car park, which you have no choice is £7.00 for the night. It's an absolute disgrace. Premier Inn should warn everyone of this cost upon booking. Other hotels are available nearby.

Just off the motorway, ample car parking, reception and check in was very efficient and friendly, car parking was tagged onto my bill which made life easy and the receptionist took my reg number, all very simple.Room clean and tidy.I would say though that as this hotel is near to the airport there was a lot of movement in rooms and corridors through the night with people leaving for their holidays.

I rarely give a 5 star rating for a hotel, but this one ticked my boxes. Here is what I am looking for a nice experience (please bear in mind that I always have at least a kid on tow, this time we were as a family with a kid and an infant).Room cleaness: other than the odd dust here and there, all good. I requested a cot as well and that was acceptable condition.Bathroom: the shower head was clean, so the water didn't come out in mad streaming that leaves red lines on your skin. Also, I like to have a bit of soap available, not to scrap from the bottle, praying to last us until we leave.Air-conditioning: it worked and it was easy to use (you might be surprised how many hotels have temperamental ventilation and you hope for the best until morning comes). The most important though was the welcome from the guys who manned the reception, the fact that they did search for a bath mat until they found one and didn't huff and puff when we asked questions and enquired about things. (I can tell numerous stories about other Premier Inns from all over the UK and their lack of customer service).Downside, you pay for the parking, but at least you have the parking lot just outside the hotel and you can access the car when needed.*The review for the restaurant next door is on its own.*

Stayed here a few times in the last couple of years to visit family in Exeter. Hotel is fine as expected of most Premier Inns but beware Parking overnight now has a £7 charge, December 23 it was £4 a night.
