Robert and Nicki are extremely friendly, caring and attentive owners. They make you feel like a welcome guest at their house.Rooms are nice and tidy, breakfast is fantastic. The area is very quiet, albeit isolated, and a great view of the surrounding countryside can be enjoyed from the windows.Highly recommended!

Spent a night in May 2024. A lovely B&B in a rural location but only about 12 minutes out of Barnstaple. We stayed overnight as we were taking in a show in Barnstaple and Stoke House was a perfect place to stay. …

It was really nice to spend a few nights, the owners were very kind to us. The first night we got there late and the owners prepared supper for us. The room was clean and comfortable. It's true that it was located in the countryside but by car you could get to many interesting places. We're very grateful to the owners for being so kind. If we come back, we'll surely consider staying here again.
