Don't be fooled, I am gutted because every year around 18th Oct we frequent the Balmoral to celebrate. We have just returned from a weekend break and the hotel still excels and exceeds its expectation. …

The whole hotel is pristine clean, when and how this is achieved I do not know. The service in the restaurant is always prompt and friendly, and I would like to shake the hands of the staff who prepare such wonderful food in the kitchen. …

Having spent 10 days in September at the Balmoral I can fully recommend it to anyone that really enjoys very good food. The evening menu consists of 5 courses with a good selection of starters, main, desserts and cheeses. …

It was a quite nice stay apart from the older woman who was serving us i overheard her speaking to another waitress and impersonating their accent while instructing them I just though all together that ruined it completely as the young waitress was so lovely and didn’t say or do anything wrong it was just hard to hear and made me feel sick won’t be coming back here again.
