I have been rather fortunate to have travelled all over the UK for various job roles and have stayed in quite a few different establishments over the years.I am delightfully surprised to the standard of this particular Premier Inn. The parking was adequate (although you have to pay extra to park) but the staff was very friendly on arrival and throughout. The room was to a good cleanliness and better standard to that of other premier inn competitors. The bedroom was well presented with a clean en-suite and seemingly better soap and washing facilities to others that I have seen. The food was good, albeit a slightly slower than expected service BUT this may have been down to the fact that there was limited staff serving food. All in all. Really good value for cost.Overall, I will certainly be staying here again for future business travels.

Decent experience, managed to park around the back, reasonable charge for that. Breakfast was decent, had to order cooked, continental was help yourself. Really busy as half-term, booking breakfast advised. Staff were clearly rushed off feet, but coping admirably under the pressure, will return.

Weekend away in Plymouth, close as we wanted to go to Cornwall for the day. Not to far away from the city centre shops, if that’s what your looking for, but plenty of restaurants around the harbour within walking distance. There is nothing wrong with the restaurant in the hotel and the Premier Inn meal deals are very good value.

My new wife and I stayed here with family to celebrate our wedding. The food was excellent, rooms were so comfortable and the staff were outstanding and couldn't be more friendly and accommodating. They really went the extra mile to help us celebrate our big day. The hotel itself is 5 minutes from the Barbican and 10 minutes from the city centre with plenty to offer both during the day and the evenings. Highly recommend if you are planning a trip to Plymouth.

Very nice stay, room was very comfortable and a great nights sleep, room was also spotlessly clean and bathroom was too, very happy, whole place was very clean and tidy, breakfast was brilliant and dinner was too but wish Premier Inn provided a few more staff in restaurant, they did an amazing job and were faultless and friendly but were rushed off their feet and not their fault. Will definitely return to this Premier inn. Wonderful.Thank you

Good location, I arrived after 7PM and didn’t have any issues with parking which can be a challenge at other city centre venues. Nice welcome on arrival and attentive service by Kerry in the bar & restaurant. My room was clean and well present. I wouldn’t hesitate in booking again.
