Everything was perfect. Becky was the first person I saw when I arrived & she was brilliant the whole time we were there. We then met Dillon who was working behind the bar & we loved him! He was so polite & helpful. They both make a great team & we will definitely be going back.

I stayed here for one night while attending a local function. The staff were fantastic and really helped me out by letting me check in early. The room was nice , spacious, clean, and well decorated. The shower was powerful and hot. If I am in the area again, I would definitely consider staying here again.

We were in the accessible room, it’s a good size. The wet room is well laid out and well equipped for a wheelchair user. …

Friendly welcome and friendly restaurant staff. Spacious, clean room with comfortable beds. Good food. This was a one off visit for a show in Exeter, but if you made the bedrooms dog friendly, I would stop more often as it's halfway to where I go on holiday

Great location being near to M5, Exeter and coastline. Clean bedrooms. Paintwork throughout hotel is very shoddy and needs redecorating. Electrical safety PAT testing labels on electrical items expired in January 2024.

Thank you for a wonderful stay. The quality of the Inn was outstanding - delicious food and drinks, hefty, value-for-money portions, extremely comfortable and homely room. Wonderfully polite and helpful staff. My only negative experience was that I needed some assistance with an early check in for an important event (reason for my stay); I called in advance and spoke to someone, I emailed in advance, and I left a voicemail in advance, but I don’t think my communications were received because we were unable to properly request early check in until we arrived (which I understand is too late).

Fantastic hotel. Rooms are spacious and very well priced. The space is very welcoming and the facilities are amazing. Ample parking. The hotel is outside of the busy city so nice and quiet and an easy sleep. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Willing to go the extra mile for the comfort of the patrons. Will be visiting again

The staff were excellent and the rooms were clean and very nice. However the food at the hotel is not good. We have stayed before and it has not improved. The dinner was over cooked and greasy and the breakfast ( avo on toast) was very bad. The hotel is really nice and the rooms are superb but you really need to sort out the food.

A poor experience. The receptionist was unprofessional and unwelcoming, clearly bored and uncommitted to her role.Windows in the room were sealed so no ventilation. No airconditioning to offset this.We made the mistake of signing up for breakfast. We waited nearly an hour for an overcooked offering. Coffee ran out and one of our juice glasses was dirty (lipstick marks).Significantly overpriced for what is a very basic offering.

Have stayed here every year for about 4 years. The last 2 stays were not good. Last stay, window couldn't shut, tissue stuck in vent, marks on pillow case, ripped duvet covers. Did Send email with proof but no reply. Won't stay there again
