Everything was exceptional. The room was clean, the staff were very helpful, and there was a delightful continental breakfast. Additionally, the hotel offered a lovely view and a quiet atmosphere. I couldn't ask for more; it's a very good rate for what you're getting, to be honest.

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at Tor Park Hotel! From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the Reception Manager, who was not only incredibly friendly but also exceptionally helpful throughout my stay. Every request I had was accommodated with genuine care and efficiency, making me feel truly valued as a guest. The hotel itself was greatly affordable, comfortable and well-maintained, providing a relaxing environment that made my stay even more enjoyable. The staff's attentiveness and commitment to excellent service really set this hotel apart. I highly recommend Tor Park Hotel to anyone looking for a wonderful place to stay with top-notch hospitality!

This is not the room we expected by any hotel. Room is filthy specially the bath tub with lots of brown spots( rusting) near the drainage which can infect any person taking bath in it will end up in hospital after that bath. We asked for the pet friendly room but they gave us room miles away from reception which takes 4-5 hallways to cross through and 10-20 stairs then again at end of the corridor which is in darkest corner, it felt like half a mile walk with no exit. It was completely unsafe and dangerous to stay in that room and if anything happens then we will get no help as there is no way to get out of there. And How do you expect us to take a dog out walking 100s of stairs up and down and multiple hallways where anyone can get lost from the darkest corner of hotel? It raises safety concerns if something happens to us.Receptionist showed us another room of which bathroom tile was coming off and it can fall of on anyone or we can fall and bang our head on it and it can lead to deadly accidents. How can this be allowed? This is again a safety concern.I saw multiple homeless people around and very weird scary people around the hotel. There are weeds plants and all dirty environments around the entrance of the property.

I booked a family room of the back of the photos and it being part of the Best Western brand. Don't be fooled. The pictures are very misleading and there seem to be a lot of fake reviews to bump up the hotels rating. Only stayed for the first night and this was only because it was late. There was an overpowering smell of old cigarette smoke in the room. The place was filthy, stains on the floor and walls, the picture in the room was covered in mould. The bathroom was grimy and the shower drain was blocked. I don't think the room had been properly cleaned for monthsThe breakfast was just not as advertised and just toast and yogurt.Don't be catfished by this hotel.

The building is old and could use a lick of paint and some new carpets. However, the room had been fully decorated, was great value, clean and tidy with a bath tub rather than just a shower. and a heated towel rack. …

I have to say after reading some of the previous reviews I was pleasantly surprised by our short stay here. ||We hadn't planned on going anywhere this year as we're currently renovating our cottage but we all needed a break. …

This hotel is a complete scam and one of the worst places I've ever had the misfortune of staying at. The rooms are absolutely revolting—reek of stale cigarette smoke, filth, and who knows what else. It's obvious that they haven't been properly cleaned in ages. The photos online are a total bait-and-switch; the actual rooms are a far cry from what they advertise. But the absolute worst part is the management and staff. They are not just rude but downright hostile. They cancelled my reservation without any warning or valid reason, leaving me stranded and stressed. It’s clear they don't care about their guests at all—just out to steal your money. The entire place is a disgusting, unprofessional, poorly managed trap. Do yourself a favour and stay far, far away from this dump. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. It should be shut down for good.

The pictures are not representative of what the hotel looks like at all, the pictures looks a million times better than it is! We were looking forward to coming based on the photos and thought some of the reviews were just being picky! Unfortunately they are all true! It’s incredibly dingey, outdated and smells musty/damp, when you enter the ‘dining area’ the smell hits you. I don’t think it’s been hoovered for a very long time or the filthy carpets cleaned. It’s cheap for a reason! The outside space would be lovely if someone just showed it some care and attention. There were cigarette butts everywhere, rubbish, weeds, the gardens overgrown and a complete mess! It looks like it’s been just let go, run down and no one cares about it anymore! The breakfast left a lot to be desired! One morning there was no breakfast at all and no one around to ask about it. You don’t see anyone to sit down so you could just help yourself without paying, not that it’s worth paying for! They call it a continental breakfast, you get toast, croissant, boiled egg, orange, tea and coffee (which wasn’t drinkable)! Sitting in that dining room with stains all over the carpet and the smell was something I’ve never experienced before and never want to again! The beds were not comfortable at all, the rooms on the surface looked ‘clean’ but when you looked the carpets were disgusting, dirty sheets, the toilet didn’t flush, the phone didn’t work, the bunk beds were so wobbly we had to put the top mattress on the floor as my child didn’t feel safe. Stains up walls, no soap in dispensers in bathroom, one toilet roll which is the value stuff like sand paper! One plus about the room, the smart TV! No one came to clean the room whilst we were there! Charged £10 per night for our dog who is cleaner than the hotel, no way she could’ve made it any dirtier than it was! Cob webs, dirty windows. This hotel could be beautiful but they’ve let it go to ruins. I would highly recommend paying a bit more and staying elsewhere! It’s not a 3* at all, 1* at most! We gave our review to Best Western who assured changed will be made but I can’t see that happening!
