This Premier Inn in Torquay is only 6 months old. It's in excellent pristine condition. Easy access to car park behind the hotel and even easier access to Torquay Town centre. Literally a 3 min walk. The restaurant downstairs was also very good. I had a steak burger and it was very nice. Staff were very polite and friendly. We stayed in a premium room on the top floor and were very impressed with it. Lovely warm purple LED lighting greets you as you enter your room. It's a small thing but a nice touch. Bed was very comfortable. Highly recommended. 5 stars. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

First time staying at this new premier inn, easy check in with self service. Car park was a pain but this was due to lack of road signs no fault of the hotel. Food was lovely basic but tasty definitely recommend doing the meal deal. Staff friendly and couldn't be more helpful. Room clean and comfortable beds are always a winner. Not far from the town either great location.

The hôtel is conveniently located, comfortable, staff lovely and breakfast is great value for money. However, this hotel is not for the less mobile (e.g elderly/disabled) the parking is up 6 flights of stairs as the lift is out of use and the section for guests is at the back. It's a bit of a hike.Parking is 9,50 a day extra, so if coming by car, then your room isn't around 60 a night, but 70 a night if you are factoring in budget.

By far the best food served in a premiere inn , we have been to many. Ryan and Sam certainly provide the hottest ,freshest tastiest food we have ever had at a premiere. …

Beautiful location and hotel , parking not available close . Far away lots of steps which most people wouldn’t manage . Lift not working . Room beautiful very clean . Neal deal disappointing starter good main horrendous avoid fish n chips couldn’t eat as so full of grease . Didn’t sleep as had heart burn all night . Room way too hot it was uncomfortable . On complaining this morning was told they are there 24hrs . But why weren’t we told this on arrival ? Slipped coming out shower again tiny sign to ask for bath mat . Was also told this on departure . Very disappointing ! On booking this hotel guest should be told about the no parking by hotel as will put most guests off . Two of the staff we met Joanne and Tom were both excellent there a credit to the hotel .

We arrived at the hotel at 1 a.m. and parked the car in the parking lot above the hotel as described. The parking fees must be paid at reception. This morning we had a fine on the car for £50! After asking at reception, we probably wouldn't have been allowed to drive through the closet and were therefore in the wrong parking lot. A hint would have been really important!

The hotel and our room were spacious and modernly funished with everything you would need/expect of a hotel like this. The bed was comfortable (but very tall in height) with bedside tables and light switches next to the bed. …

On arrival we discovered that the disabled parking was a long way from the hotel. In fact there was a large car park that was divided into three sections. …

Rooms absolutely spotless, nice comfortable bed. Great location. Shame about the breakfast, definitely the worst breakfast I’ve had at a premier inn. Bacon was cold, beans all dried up. Closed up breakfast facilities 15 minutes earlier than the advertised times. 5/5 for the room, 1/5 for the breakfast.

I have mixed feelings about this hotel, I always book premier inn and this one left me me a little disappointed. On arrival I was checked in staff were really friendly and helpful, upon entering our floor I discovered glass in the hallway which was cleaned straight away when I reported it. The room was lovely and spacious even though we had 3 beds set up. I however found dust above the bed and hair in the bathroom and a stain on the bathroom floor.Breakfast was lovely waiting one morning for some bacon but it was busy at this time and was replaced as soon as they could do so.The location although very close the harbour this hotel is located right on top of a hill and isn’t very accessible if you have poor mobility which wasn’t stated when booking. The car park is currently out of use which isn’t premier inns fault but the temporary car park is again up a very steep hill and inaccessible to someone with poor mobility.
