What can I say, it was absolutely amazing. I can’t believe for £52 for the night. How clean , Spacious and friendly the staff was. The swimming pool both indoor and outdoor were amazing and the hot tub was a plus I will definitely be Returning soon. If this hotel was in Cornwall, it would easily be over £150 for the night.

This hotel is a complete scam and one of the worst places I've ever had the misfortune of staying at. The rooms are absolutely revolting—reek of stale cigarette smoke, filth, and who knows what else. It's obvious that they haven't been properly cleaned in ages. The photos online are a total bait-and-switch; the actual rooms are a far cry from what they advertise. But the absolute worst part is the management and staff. They are not just rude but downright hostile. They cancelled my reservation without any warning or valid reason, leaving me stranded and stressed. It’s clear they don't care about their guests at all—just out to steal your money. The entire place is a disgusting, unprofessional, poorly managed trap. Do yourself a favour and stay far, far away from this dump. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. It should be shut down for good.

I found the Hotel was easy to find and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The room itself was very nice and comfortable. I was a bit disappointed that there was no breakfast in the mornings as the website had specified that breakfast was included.

We had been here last year and we wanted to come back again , we didn’t even look elsewhere. Upon entering , as expected we got the friendliest welcome , went through the usual formalities and given our room keys . The hotel has indoor and outdoor pools , a large outdoor under cover jacuzzi , a steam room , a sauna and a games room with a pool table and darts . With all this on site , why would you even want to go outside . We enjoyed all the facilities and have enjoyed our stay there and yes , we will be DEFINITELY be coming back again .

AVOID AT ALL COSTSStayed here with family Monday to Saturday, this is the worst hotel we have ever stayed at, it's more like a bail hostel than a hotel. Rooms were dirty, shower was broken and not repaired even though it had been reported. Rooms are nothing like the photos, I would go as far as to say the photos of Rooms must be of someone else's hotel.Tea and coffee not replenished all weekWe had to empty our own binsTowels and bedding not changed until Friday after we had complained. No breakfast availablePool was closed early a couple of nights that week.No heating or hot water friday evening into Saturday morning (must be members of the labour party as they don't want the elderly to have heating either) so we was unable to shower before vacating the hell hole. When we asked Melissa who was on the desk that morning what was up with the heating and hot water she just shrugged her shoulders and basically told us to just leave as we was checking out that morning. She was unwilling to take any complaint or feedback infact she even pretended to phone the police.Staff are very rude and hostileWould not recommend this hell hole.
