What a lovely place. It was old yet modern, rooms were very clean. We had a family room which had a separate-ish room that our children slept in, along with an en-suite bathroom and dressing room. …

Lovely friendly staff. Happy atmosphere. 👍 breakfast included in room rate. Very attractive decor in public areas. Bathrooms need a bit of an update but accommodation is spotlessly clean & very comfortable bed. Bedside lighting hopeless if you like to read in bed. Would thoroughly recommend it as great value for price.

Really great service and value! This hotel is in a great location that is in walking distance to both the waterfront and the Barbican areas. The rooms were clean and spacious (we booked the superior king room - I would highly recommend this for the value!). John at the front desk was welcoming and helpful. If you’re looking for a great base for your stay in Plymouth this is a great option.

Had a brilliant experience at this hotel! It was my first time in Plymouth and the location was perfect for us (we visited the theatre as well which was also very close). We were celebrating a Birthday and the staff were incredibly generous with their time in helping me arrange balloons for the room.... They even went to a different location to collect them after there was a muck with the delivery! I was very grateful and it made the whole experience more special - shout out to Gemma and Jenny specifically for being so kind with this!Would 100% recommend!
