We've just returned from a long weekend at the glamping site with a big group of friends.Let's talk positives first...Beautiful grounds, with plenty of green space for football, cricket and any other outdoor activities to keep the kids entertained.Food and service at the pub on site is fab.Good parking, which is allocated close the your pod.River taxi service from outside the pub is great.Camping pack (if purchased as extra) is worth it.The not so good points...Snug Pods are exactly that, and not suitable for 2 adults and 1 child. The bunk bed mattress have a plastic topped cover that isn't removable and SO noisy during the night. The sofa bed is not relatable to a bed in any way shape or form. The sofa bed 100000000% not suitable for 2 adults and has a plank of wood down the middle of it that is ridiculously uncomfortable to sleep on.Luckily,  we took our own z-bed and I resorted to sleeping on the floor in my sleeping bag. Not great! There isn't enough communal shelter for when it's raining.WiFi is not free - and when some of our friends did pay daily for it, it was really rubbish!!!Toilets (women's) a constant state of flood! Lack of toilet roll in the PM and for that 3am wee.Water was BOILING HOT!!! Not child friendly.Disposal BBQ provided (if you purchased the camping pack) weren't amazing. Some had such little coal, it wasn't viable to cook on.
