I recently stayed in the Shepherd Hut named Ethel, I was quite disappointed with the condition of the hut. It appeared to be quite tired and in need of some attention. I noticed several issues during my stay, including dirty surfaces, loose fixtures and fittings on the doors, a corroded tap, and shower controls that were loosely fitted on the wall. Additionally, the TV was unsteady and had an unstable frequency, making it difficult to enjoy any programs. Furthermore, the lack of Wi-Fi was quite inconvenient.I believe it's important to bring these concerns to your attention as I had expected a higher level of cleanliness and maintenance for the price paid. I understand that wear and tear can occur, but it would be greatly appreciated if these issues could be addressed to ensure a more enjoyable experience for future guests.I hope that you have reviewed and acknowledged this review which is for not actioning my email or enquiry as you would benefit to look into these matters and take the necessary steps to rectify them. I believe that by addressing these concerns, you can enhance the overall quality and satisfaction of your guests' stays.

I stayed in Pod7 Jill and I couldn’t fault the entire stay, it had everything I needed and if not more than I expected such as the fridge, cooker and smart tvs. The bed was really comfy and the whole pod was clean too, and it the staff were very friendly and welcoming, showing me where to park and going through all of the on-site activities.

Oh dear! This place has soo much potential but clearly isn't at that standard.We hired 2 of the shepard huts, Ethel and Iris, one of which was acceptable but the other had a few issues and when highlighted to staff, they weren't bothered and not even an apology.When we arrived we checked in at the resturant, we asked if we had breakfast included and no-one knew, we then asked what the timinges for breakfast were and again no-one knew. The next morning our friend staying in the second hut had a call from somebody at the venue at 7.50am ish to advise breakfast was available, so they headed down to the resturant and AGAIN staff were clueless if breakfast was included for the 4 of us and we were then told breakfast has stop being served (8.15 at this point).AVOID.** Reply to response**Thanks for taking it seriously and looking in to it. Whoever you looked at on the CCTV was none of my party as we had checked out before 9am and were at an alternative venue for breakfast by 09:20, so sounds like you have us confused with another party whoalso missed breakfast for the same reason.
