Really lovely, exceptionally clean, the continental breakfast was good, host is very welcoming and helpful, the room is lovely, bed was comfortable. A little quirky, would defiantly stay again. The bathroom was new with all I needed. Although near a road, nice quit location.

Had a 1 night stay here, it was great, lovely room, just outside of Stratford, we had a walk along the canal into Stratford, spent the day there, got a taxi back just over £5.00, caught the train back in the evening, brilliant. Very friendly host, very clean will definitely be back.

I am aware that the Victoria Spa Lodge is a Bed and Breakfast but as my whole family were staying we where able to have the entire house to ourselves as self-catering, which we were very grateful for.  …

Stayed here with 6 friends. We rented the whole house in June for one week. Fantastic arcutecture (listed building) The house is next to the canal, perfect for walks. There are 5 bedroom, (on suit bathroom) each have there own style and very clean. Fully equipped kitchen. Large garden. We played Croquet on the lawn and had a BBQ most evenings. There is a games room in the basement with a pool and ping pong table. The owners of the property were very welcoming and helpful. We had such a nice time, we have already book the house again for a week in December. This is a pic of my bedroom. Highly recommend.

A really lovely place to stay. The hostess is so kind and charming. She explained everything and offered some very valuable information about the town and gave lots of recommendations to help us enjoy ourselves. The room was lovely too, very comfortable bed and clean. Warm atmosphere all round.

This is the yearly trip myself and our friends really look forward to. Beautiful rooms, great location for a leisurely stroll down the tow path, and follow the canal into town. The warmth and exuberance of the hosts is quite incredible. …
