Allen’s Caravans “CON MERCHANTS”, I lost £13k in less than 12 months owning a caravan with them , awful company to deal with. I sold my caravan at Abbots Salford back to them as got fed up of the flooding we spent more time evaluated than actually being on the park ! Please do not get sucked in like I did by their false promises . BEWARE !!!

What a great park! Clean and little noise. Grounds kept immaculate and very friendly on site staff (particularly the couple who manage the site). Really impressed. Caravan was really clean on arrival. Meals in the on site restaurant were basic and if any improval was made it would be the quality of food. However, the helpfulness of waiting/bar staff made up for it.

Absolutely lovely caravan park that we have visited a few times, never had a problem until the new owners took over. The lady (who refuses to give her name) is very rude and accused us of leaving the caravan in a disgusting state because we forgot to empty our bin. The caravan was over run with ants when we arrived yet we didn’t complain. Wish we had as she called me and accused us of causing the problem, yet there was already ant powder down!!We had heard the new owners aren’t fond of kids running around either, yet this park WAS great for families.Really disappointed!
