We had a lovely stay at the fantastic home of Kim and John! We went with a baby and were warmly welcomed by these wonderful hosts. They gave us great recommendations for trips and pubs around the area and made a wonderful full English Breakfast.

What a warm welcome! Kim amd John couldn't have been more hospitable. The house and garden are lovely, our bedroom was very comfortable and breakfast was generous and delicious, with plenty of homemade touches. . Many thanks for a short but delightful stay. We will recommend to friends.

This was more like staying with friends than in an ordinary B&B. Kim and John were welcoming hosts and very helpful with suggestions for places to visit and cycle rides. Breakfasts were delicious and "full English" hardly does them justice. The bedroom was attractive and the beds very comfortable.

A truly delightful stay in a lovely setting with a charming, caring couple. Greeted by Kim at the car, then a pot of tea and homemade biscuits before being shown to my lovely comfortable room overlooking the garden.  …

This superb house is located in a quiet lane in a delightful village. There is ample parking and the minute one arrives, it feels like a home away from home. The welcome given by Kim and John is warm and authentic. …

Kim and John were thoroughly relaxed hosts. Nothing was too much trouble. We had a very comfortable bedroom, excellent breakfasts and stimulating conversations. The electric bikes were a bonus. We hope to stay again and explore the surroundings more thoroughly.

Kim and John are the perfect hosts. When Kim thought we were walking the Grand Union Canal without transport she offered to pick us up and then to take us to a local pub where we were having dinner. …

From the moment you enter Kim and John's spacious B&B in the village of Priors Marston (a 20-minute drive from Banbury train station) to the minute you leave, you're welcomed, made to feel at home and provided with everything you need. …

Stayed with Kim & Jon on 25th May as an overnight stop for a wedding. I wish we had planned longer visit because Priors Marston is such a lovely village and Marston House made us so welcome. Kim arranged some beautiful weather following gales the day before and the garden and coffee on the terrace were wonderful. Kim served a great 4 course breakfast - didn't have space for the croissants !!! Jon rounded the visit off by kindly taking me to collect our car from the wedding reception.Highly recommended and also a lovely area to visit.
