Stayed one Tuesday night with business colleagues. Well presented hotel in a largely residential area. Plenty of car parking, welcoming reception. …

Lovely hotel with very warm and welcoming staff. Particularly want to say thank you to Aswin and Samran who has give us lots of delicious biscuits when everything else is closed. We were starving after a late night party so this is life saving! Room is clean and comfy and the bar/entrance area is beautifully decorated. Price is reasonable too. Will definitely recommend.

Me and my husband got married here and the staff were incredible! Even a year on and we had a 1 year congrats and meal booked in by the staff. Special thanks to Liridona and Beth who have gone above and beyond. If you’re not sure whether to book your wedding/event/meal here, don’t be, just book! Thank you again from the Browns.

*STOLEN CAR – AVOID THIS HOTEL*I stayed at this hotel, and it ended in a nightmare when my car was stolen from the front parking area. This hotel does not provide secure parking for guests, and to make matters worse, they have been uncooperative in the investigation to help identify the criminals. I strongly advise against staying here if you value the safety of your property.

We stayed here for one night as part of a wedding party (held elsewhere). We had really high hopes as it’s a good looking hotel and the rooms were large and very nice.||However there were too many problems.  …

Stayed here for one night, looking on maps - the hotel looks close to Birmingham Airport however it didn't feel close by in the taxi. …

Lovely hotel, but there was no disabled access from reception to our room, and there was no lift only stairs, and my mother is in a wheelchair. I had asked for a ground floor room but this was declined. …

Nice hotel and also the rooms really nice and comfortable. |Also the landscape outside was really marvellous. |The restaurant is very nice and the staff is always available to assist you.|I suggest to rent a car or to use a taxi because the centre is not so close.

Well kept hotel, the communal areas, bar, restaurant, reception have clearly been recently modernised and done very well. My room was slightly dated but perfectly functional and clean. The room was a little stuffy, but opening the window the 2nd night cured this. Good choice of food at breakfast, very attentive staff in the restaurant and bar and ample free carparking. I would stay again and definitely visit the Queens head pub down the road for a pint and curry.
