We stayed in the well designed and well equipped annexe called the "Potting Shed" located at the back of the main house which was nice and quiet. There's ample on-site parking which is free.Park Cottage is only a few minutes walk from Warwick Castle and provides good access to the High Street with its shops and eating places. Our hosts, Janet and Stuart were very accommodating. Stuart provided us with an excellent full English Breakfast and Janet was very knowledgeable about what was happening at the Castle and recommended several eating places in the area.We very much enjoyed our stay here. Highly recommended.

Just had the most fantastic night at Park Cottage.Stayed for a gig at Warwick Castle and were greeted in the most friendly fashion, were given a really thorough introduction to the area, including being given a map and explained a brief history of the Cottage itself. The rooms were perfectly fitting for a stay in Warwick and had some wonderful personal touches, the decor was thought out and the chocolates on the pillow left me and my partner diving for our preferred choice of Celebration. The bed was very comfortable with a good weighty duvet which we both prefer. Finally, breakfast was an overwhelming success, every aspect cooked perfectly, toast topped up without us asking and a great selection of additional choices including fruit juice, Cereals and fruit. The breakfast room was beautifully decorated and the atmosphere with the other guests was really pleasant. They brought out a Full English with a candle in the Hash Brown for a guests birthday and the whole room sang along. All in all a fantastic experience and we couldn't recommend Park Cottage more. We will absolutely return if back in the area!

My recent stay at Park Cottage B&B in Warwick was nothing short of wonderful, offering a unique blend of history, comfort, and warm hospitality. From the pre-booking experience to the cozy rooms and delicious breakfast, this charming bed and breakfast exceeded expectations on every level. The pre-booking process was incredibly smooth and efficient. Janet, the host, was prompt in responding to my inquiries and provided detailed information that made the planning process hassle-free. She was helpful and informative, ensuring that all my questions were answered before I finalised my booking. This level of personal attention, even before the stay began, was a great first impression and set the tone for the entire experience. Park Cottage B&B is perfectly located in the heart of Warwick, making it an ideal spot for exploring the town’s historic sites. Warwick Castle, one of the main attractions, is just a 10-minute walk away, and the beautiful Lord Leycester Hospital is only five minutes from the cottage. For anyone wanting to explore Warwick’s heritage, this bed and breakfast is in the perfect location, allowing for easy access to key landmarks without the need for transport. The room we stayed in was an absolute delight. The focal point was undoubtedly the beautiful 300-year-old four-poster bed, which was as comfortable as it was charming. The bed and the room’s overall Tudor-style interior really added to the historic atmosphere of the stay. Staying in a place with such a sense of history gave the experience a unique and immersive feel, making it far more memorable than staying in a modern hotel. Despite the cottage's age, the room was well-maintained and equipped with thoughtful modern touches, including well-timed heating that ensured we were warm and cozy throughout our stay. Breakfast at Park Cottage was an absolute treat. We filled out a form the night before, allowing us to customize our breakfast order, which was a thoughtful and efficient way to cater to guests’ preferences. The breakfast itself was freshly cooked and extremely enjoyable, with generous portions and a variety of options. Whether you’re after a traditional full English breakfast or something lighter, Janet and Stuart prepares everything with care and attention to detail. This, combined with the intimate dining setting, made for a very satisfying start to each day. Janet's hospitality was truly one of the standout aspects of our stay. From the moment we arrived, she was warm, welcoming, and consistently attentive without being intrusive. Her knowledge of the local area was impressive, and she was more than happy to offer tips and recommendations for things to do and places to visit. Her friendly nature extended beyond just us as guests—there was a clear sense of community among all the guests staying there, and this added to the homey and comfortable atmosphere of the cottage. One of the things that makes Park Cottage stand out is its incredibly homely atmosphere. It doesn’t feel like a typical B&B or a hotel; rather, it feels like staying in a friend’s home, surrounded by history and character. The other guests we met during our stay were also friendly, adding to the warm and welcoming environment. Staying here felt more personal and authentic than staying in a large, impersonal hotel or renting an Airbnb. If you're planning a trip to Warwick and are considering your accommodation options, I would highly recommend choosing Park Cottage B&B over a standard hotel or Airbnb. The combination of historic charm, central location, and Janet's exceptional hospitality made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Every detail, from the cozy room to the fresh breakfast, was thoughtfully curated to ensure guests have a memorable experience. A huge thank you to Janet for making our time in Warwick so special—this is a place we will gladly return to in the future!

Janet and Stuart are excellent hosts, very friendly and knowledgeable about the area.Breakfast was delicious, freshly cooked each morning with plenty of choice. Our room, double with a bath (a must for us) was huge, we loved the bears and especially the larger one who found himself (or herself) in the bath or trying to get into my case...thanks Janet my granddaughter loved the photos I sent her.If we get to visit the area again, this will be our choice of accommodation.

This is a lovely little B&B. It has off-road parking. The owners are a lovely friendly couple. The breakfast is cooked fresh to order, with plenty of choice. This B&B is well located, walking distance to Warwick Castle and the racecourse. There are plenty of restaurants nearby. The town centre is a short drive away and is also walkable.
