We booked a last minute stay at Vale Farm last night and for us, the entire stay exceeded our expectations. Our host, Ethel was so welcoming and friendly, we were also greeted by her two rescue dogs, both so friendly and playful. …

Stayed over at Vale Farm B&B for 3 nights. Ethel is honestly a great host, friendly, welcoming & very helpful. She has 2 rescue dogs which are lovely and super friendly and just want belly rubs.Location is easy to find and navigate to.Rooms are not like a 5* hotel but I knew that before I came here and didn't expect a swimming pool and jacuzzi. This place does the job, exactly as its advertised for, a place to sleep when on a trip or on business.Thank you Ethel for being so nice and welcoming and offering an affordable place to stay over when you're not local to nuneaton.Tylor :)

We stayed two nights here 1st /2nd September with family to attend a family wedding. The rooms were spotlessly clean. The rooms were country cottage style ( Barn conversion tastefully done to a high standard with beautiful solid wood doors and slate floors )they had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The shower was roomy, powerful and hot, with soft luxurious towels. Ethel our hostess was friendly and eager to ensure we enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was included with freshly prepared fruit followed by a choice of , full English or cereal etc. lots of freshly made toast. (Brown or white) and pots of hot tea and coffee. Best was Ethel asking what time we would like breakfast then proceeded to cook each one freshly ( no greasy warming plates here). We had requested firm pillows and Ethel did her best successfully to accommodate us. The mattress was extremely comfortable too. Thank you Ethel, would not hesitate to stay again.Maggie & Bill.

Our 2nd time of stopping at this beautiful venue. The owner (Ethel) greeted us warmly and couldn’t do enough for us. The room was self catering and was spotless and nicely furnished with everything we needed for our stay. The area is peaceful and quiet which is why we returned. Will definitely be coming again. A big thank you to Ethel and Terry

We stayed here for one night to break up a long car journey. Ethel gave us a warm welcome and a choice of two rooms overlooking the courtyard. Our room was immaculate, with self-catering facilities that we didn’t use. …

Ethel, the lady who runs the B&B, is really kind and helpful. She greeted us at the door and showed us to our room straight away. She asked us what we would like for breakfast and what time. The room was spotless, everything you would need, tea, coffee, fresh milk in the fridge and fresh towels. The room has under floor heating so stays warm and cosy. It's a quiet, peaceful area so you'll feel completely relaxed. We'll definitely be staying here again in the future.
