Stayed here for 2 nights with family. Very cheap but a great place to stay. The staff are very helpful, friendly, hard working and cheery. The rooms are basic but clean and tidy and the beds are comfy. There is plenty of free parking, including disability parking and the Inn has a wheelchair accessible entrance, there's also a lift. You can help yourself to tea, coffee and sugar sachets to take to your room. There is a restaurant next to the Premier Inn and it's for guests only. We had dinner here the 2 nights and the food is very tasty with decent size portions. The staff serving are very cheery, friendly and helpful. In the morning we had breakfast which was delicious and you get a choice of continental, cooked or both, we chose both. For the cooked breakfast you can chose what you want from the menu and the amount of items. They also have the usual selection of fresh juices, cereal, fruit, croissants etc. The hash browns in the cooked breakfast are so tasty. There is also other places to eat near the Premier Inn if you wanted to eat somewhere different. Would highly recommend staying at this Premier Inn. Thank you to all staff for all your help and beilliant service 👍👍

We enjoyed a pleasant over night stop here on our way South. The room was quiet and clean. The TV was a bit small and tucked away. We bought a meal deal as the restaurant has re-opened and felt that it was good value. The restaurant staff and reception staff were very friendly and helpful.

Stayed for one night in a family room and had an excellent stay. On a retail park close to motorway but no noise at all. Superb air con meant the room was cool after a hot day. Plenty of free parking. Reasonable usual breakfast fare. Good location. Will definitely stay again on a stop over.

Booked due to cost and proximity to Coventry and Warwickshire hospital for an evening stay. Staff were friendly and attentive, particularly Julie who ensured that extra pillows and towels were provided. (Hunting for extra pillows as well).||Bed was extremely comfortables, good shower and room had all necessary amenities.

On arrival we realised the restaurant was closed. The guests checking in before us had booked breakfast and hadn’t been told about the restaurant! …

This Premier Inn is way way over due for a refurbished. The rooms are very tiered to say the least. It even still has small televisions the size of a laptop computer. This is not acceptable in this day and age. They are still charging full price. I emailed the day before I was due to check in to say that the restaurant next door was closed. On arrival it was clear to see that it has been closed for months. No doubt a victim of the resent restaurant sell off.

We always stay at this Premier Inn on the way to Cornwall or London. A good easy stay with ample parking and plenty of eating options nearby. We have an electric car and good fast charging is available close by too. …

I see someone has heaped praise on the staff here. I have to second that. What absolutely fantastic staff work hereMade a stressful hospital emergency visit slot easier. Went above and beyond customer service. Had a 7 year old who hadn't slept in over 24 hours, my wife and I also up for sane period. Just my chance we came across this hotel after being rudely rejected at holiday inn 10 mins earlierGoogle didn't show premier inn on maps or local search and just thought drive to Tesco and saw a sign for premier inn and thought tsneba chance (Shane in Google). The mist helpful and welcoming business I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Let us check in 4 hours earlier to get some restm count do enough to help us and I get the impression they treat every customer the Dane way. It was an added bonus that the rooms were clean and welcoming (I say rooms as they let us use one room for 4 hours while the room we required was available). All I will add now that whenever we need to travel anywhere the first place I will look to book will be with premier inn. If the rest of there staff are half as good as they are here it will be money well spent. Fantastic.
