We are regular visitors to Stratford and were disappointed to find our regular B&B has now closed. Fortunately we found The Broadlands just across the road to be a great relpacement. …

Perfect location if walking into the town. Communication was great, and explained where we could park. Comfy beds. Rooms were clean and up to date. (Smart tv in the room) Easy to find. Was clean. Good selection for breakfast and very nice coffee 🥰Bad points: If you're a light sleeper or wake because of the day light, this isn't a place to stay. Was woken at 4am by the light though the curtains and then 7am clattering started downstairs. Unfortunately the curtains weren't lined. The silicone in the shower was a little dirty with black long hairs in there. (Just needs some pink stuff and a toothbrush on it). Not the best room as was right by the stairs so could hear other guests coming back at 11.30pm. (Paid extra for soundproof room). we arrived at 2.10pm (check in 2) they was still cleaning the rooms as we arrived. Enjoyed our stay but shame about our broken sleep 😴Not any fault to Tamara but don't visit the shop on the corner we went to buy some necessities and I was biten on my leg by a jack russel. Thanks for having us 🥰

What a wonderful place to stay! |My daughter and I came to Stratford to attend a friends' birthday party and having been to the area a couple of years before, we tried to book in with the same B&B which had sadly closed its doors. …

We found the Guest House with ease and so close to the town on foot, perfect to go shopping, explore and eat. We had a bit of trouble finding where to park at first but after Tamara's instructions we found the ideal spot to keep the car. We had a lovely warm welcome from Tamara and we were very pleased with our spotless, light & airy room, soft bed for a good nights sleep and clean bathroom with large shower. Breakfast was delicious, great size portions and relaxed atmosphere. I would certainly recommend to family
