The Kilmartin Hotel has a cosy bar for their regulars & tourists. Also, there is an area for lunches as well as outside and the restaurant for evening meals. The meals, whether it is lunch or evening meals, were delicious. The hotel was fully booked, and booking in advance is highly recommended. Kilmartin is a superb wee village with fantastic views. It has a great church opposite the hotel, which has a display of ancient tablets in fabulous conditions. A new museum is well worth a visit and only a stroll away.

Situated in Kilmartin it has so much history and amazing veiws my only disappointment is the rooms are quite dated other than that it has really good potential to be a top top hotel I feel the owner was disappointed with my veiw on this but I can only be honest and state the truth as I am not a tourist I am a worker from Scotland who is entitled to have his opinion. Would I stay again probably not but I don't feel any one will be at a loss by this and as business goes on so does life. Thank you for the kind service and also the breakfast that was decent 👌.

We stayed for one night on our way from Glasgow to Oban because I wanted to visit the cairns, graveyard and museum. The hotel is across the road from both and we had a lovely stay in the village. Our room was huge and very comfortable and everything was scrupulously clean. The staff were lovely and our dinner and breakfast were very good. There was a slight problem with the shower in that it didn’t drain properly and ended up overflowing but it was only a minor inconvenience.
