The food. Menu is extremely limited. Mac cheese was 100% a microwave meal put on a plate. Pizza looked shop bought. Food took ages and there were only 4 tables dining. Expensive for what it was. ||Hotel. Room 16. Mattress hard. …

The room was a decent size with plenty space for clothes etc, the room had a good shower/bath, TV, kettle. I was pleased to find that there was also air con. Did not spend much time in the room as was just somewhere to sleep. There is a restaurant on site offering breakfast and meals which was a bonus. Amenities not far as well for snack shopping.

Stayed in a family room, beds were a bit lumpy, air con was a bit loud but nice enough overall. Could do with enough cups and glasses for everyone in the room. Breakfast was nice but there could have been a better variety of drinks. Friendly staff, was nice and quiet. They now charge £9 for parking so be mindful.

I opted for the plus room and was very disappointed with the cleanliness with dust all around the beverage area , enough to write 'clean me in'. I have complained but without response as yet. …

We stopped here because we wanted to be sure of a comfortable bed. We booked last minute and had to have an upgraded room but did didn’t feel like an upgrade and it was on the first floor with no elevator. …

Wanted to express my disappointment with the recent experience I had during my stay at this hotel. As a loyal customer who frequently chooses Premier Inn for all my trips due to the consistently excellent service and hospitality, I was extremely disappointed with the level of service provided at the establishment. Unfortunately, I found the hospitality and overall service to be far below the standard I have come to expect from Premier Inn.The experience was, in a word, pathetic (which is the most polite term I can use to describe it). I believe this does not reflect the values and quality that Premier Inn typically stands for.

Stayed in a Premier Room with good facilities and very pleasant helpful staff and as always at Premier Inn a really great breakfast. Lots of available parking not much road noise and easy access to the next door facilities for breakfast, dinner & bar.

Didn't get room service all week in my room 😔 the shower was also washing the ceiling as the pipe had a hole in it and the adjoining door between rooms had little sound proofing. The attached restaurant in the evening was hit and miss as I. The service was promptly Monday and Tuesday but Wednesday and Thursday service was slow and unresponsive ages to take your order to the point to get your bill and pay you had to go to the counter as they wasn't paying any any attention. So depending on the shift your service could be great or abismol.

A Premier Inn is what it is, so you know what you're getting. Rooms clean and staff very polite and friendly - both in the hotel and attached restaurant. Obviously a slightly older style than some of the newer Premier Inns (small TV for example, which makes no odds to us) but well looked after. For us the location works perfectly, and we made use of park and ride to get into the centre of Edinburgh as well as easily being able to head off elsewhere thanks to being close to the main roads. Surroundings seemed pretty quiet
