Truly enjoyed my stay, cheap price, friendly and attentive staff, nice breakfast, big and clean room. There is nothing I can complain about! I booked really late for the last minute and everything went smoothly, a real lifesaver. If you wanna go to bed early there is a loud music like before 11pm so count with that.

Warning - I had a room reserved but on the day of arrival, after I was on my way there, I was called by the general manager to say my room had a technical problem and was no longer available. I was offered an alternative. …

The place is centrally located and has a small car park next door and is opposite a small supermarket. The restaurant is great and service was fantastic. The room was large but a bit basic. Bed was comfy and the shower great. …

My room was a single room. So it was extremely small. It had a nice view from the window but not much else. Staff were pleasant, but you rarely saw the same person twice. The Inn does not have a lounge area, so it is stay in your room or go to the Inn or bar downstairs.

Friendly staff, great rooms, lovely food and good location for the Train Station and Scrabster port. Great value too. The room was immaculate and with plenty of space. Great large shower as well. For those guests with cars great base for exploring the Highlands

We booked it being the last night of our trip, when we checked in we found the earliest they would do breakfast was 8am, and our ferry was leaving at 08.45am. We asked if we could have a refund on our breakfast (sorry no) we asked if we could have a reduction on an evening meal (sorry no). The room was lovely, but found them unaccomodating, which was a shame, wonder now who ate our breakfast. At least Northlink had breakfast waiting for us a soon as we got on the ferry. Don’t think we will stay again, perhaps you can see from our point of view, why not.

After not being able to get food at a local hotel at 3.00pm we called in to this pub and found that they serve food all day from an extensive menu. Prices are reasonable and the young staff were helpful if not overly friendly. …
