I only went in for lunch, so unable to comment on the rooms, with my daughter and 19 month old granddaughter. The service was excellent ( the staff could not do enough for my grandaughter). A high chair was provided. The meal was outstanding. I had home made steak pie and chips which was lovely. My daughter had a burger which she loved. My granddaughter had cheesy pasta which she adores, and lots of garlic bread. The desserts were very tasty and very filling. I would highly recommend the Park Hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff, excellent food and a real first class service.

Stayed for 4 nights for a work related course at Larbert. The room was a decent size and well equipped for my needs. I found it quiet enough for my studies in the evenings. The highlight, for me, was the meals. The menu is so varied and the service was so quick. No sooner had I ordered the meal it was in front of me in minutes. Praise to the kitchen staff and the waiting staff. Check in and check out was so easy and I found all staff to be very helpful. Another work course in few weeks and already asked my work to book me in to this hotel. I've more main courses to try. Lol.

Comfortable nights sleep on a very small bed, only one bedside table. Very basic but did the job. Very busy in the restaurant so food must be good but are elsewhere as they were booked up.|Plenty of choice for breakfast, all the what you would expect.

Worst hotel I've been to in about 5 years.Small and run down room. Some power outlets did actually work - heating did not.Bathroom does not offer any space to place your toiletries.Way too expensive for what they offer - which is not much more than a roof over your head.

My company paid £120 for a room. I was given room 46 which was the dirtiest and most run down hotel room I've ever been in, absolutely shocking given the price. The only clean things in the room were the bed sheets and the toilet. The only other time I've seen a room so bad was Norbreck Castle in Blackpool which was £30 a night. For the money my company paid, I was expecting a room at the very least equal to a Premier Inn.I took some photos and showed them to the women at reception who didn't seem very surprised by the complaint but who did offer me a different room which was larger, more modern, still slightly rough around the edges but most importantly much cleaner. Some highlights of the photos include, a hole in the bathroom door, a non functional air vent full of dust, a disturbing white stain on the wall paper, what appears to be blood splattered around the top of the door frame, a build up of dust on top of the TV that had taken a while to accumulate and a cob web on the light. The bed appears to be missing a head board and the mattress was unable to be pushed up to the wall leaving gap plenty big enough for all your pillows to fall down. This room should have never been offered to me. I only gave two stars for the room because they offered me a much better room with no fuss. The first room was one star. The hotel was very warm, I had to keep my window fully open all night. You can hear traffic from the room but given the hotels close proximity to the town centre, you can't really complain about that. The breakfast was good.I absolutely wouldn't pay my own money to stay here again.
